Apple Pilaf! Earthy leeks, nutty pecan, apples, and a rice/barley blend make this sweet pilaf a standout. We’ll keep the serving size to about a cup so that the calories stay below 200.

Italiano Green Salad! This week’s salad includes: slivered almonds, marinated artichoke heart, carrots, beans, peppercinni, parsley, celery, red onion, black olive, and Parmesan cheese, with a home-made Italian dressing.(less than 220 calories/container). Can request NO CHEESE by Saturday!
