Tomatillo Soup!  This is a vegan version of a traditional Posole. Slow-cooked tomatillos w/ hominy, a variety of chilies, diced tomatoes, cilantro, pepitos, and many flavors to provide a flavorful Mexican treat.  This dish would be excellent for breakfast served with a poached egg on top
Sweet-and-Sour Sauerkraut!  You say you don’t LOVE sauerkraut?  Did you know how beneficial fermented foods are?  No?  Then, go Google it and decide for yourself.  Instead of Kim-chi, we make this turbo-charged side dish with sauerkraut, tomatoes, allspice, cumin, onion and garlic which makes it unique and yummy. The Cold Remedy aka Cari’s Chicken Noodle Soup! In the midst of flu season, everyone should have a supply of my cold remedy that you can use now or freeze for future. Think you are immune to the flu season? Even more reason to fortify your body with this nurturing brew!  Home-made chicken stock, with chunks of yummy veggies, lot’s of chicken, and egg noodles. Much healthier than store/restaurant brands.  FREEZES VERY WELL! Artisan Carrot Bisque!   A flavorful carrot bisque without any dairy!  We will blend roasted carrots, onion, leeks, and garlic, with flavorful herbs and spices to give it just the right accents!

Mexican Quinoa! I love this deli-side – it’s light, zippy, and filled with good proteins! It’s naturally sweet from the corn and red bell peppers, filled-with protein from the quinoa, and a very slight spiciness from the chili powder, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and sunflower seeds.

Curried Veggie Soup!  Per the request of Elizabeth, we offer this tasty soup! This is a curry, gingery, peanuty vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, and spinach. I think it’s also one of my favorite soups. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving).
Gourmet Tomato Soup! This award-winning recipe can be served warm or cold; be brave and try it out! This blended soup includes flavors of smokey aleppo pepper, coriander, and tarragon. It stands alone for a meal, but would also be perfect with a grilled cheese sandwich.

No-Mayo Coleslaw!   This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an sweetened vinegar marinade! Cari’s Chicken Noodle Soup!  I’ve put my name on it, so better be good! Nothing says love like a bowl of home-made chicken soup fill with home-made stock, chunks of yummy veggies, lot’s of chicken, and egg noodles. Much healthier than store/restaurant brands.  FREEZES VERY WELL! Each serving is about 200 calories
