Brazil Black Bean Soup Brazilian Black Bean Soup!  Brazil : warm but mild with a bit of exotic latin flavor in a hearty, healthy soup.  I’m told it freezes well. This is a semi-pureed soup with a bit of garlic, cumin, carrots, coriander and laced with sherry and orange juice, and a bit of bacon crumbles! cool gaspacho Cool Gaspacho!!  This is a perfect hot-weather meal! So fresh with cucumber, celery, tomato, parsley, pepper and a fresh spicy kick! Can be served cold or warm. Some accents of  avocado provided in soup while supplies last! Did I mention this is the perfect low-calorie meal?   Our generous serving is only 90 calories.  TIP: pour some of this in your big-mouthed water bottle and enjoy while you cycle or workout!  Many of my clients use this as their energy drink!!
