Curried Veggie Soup!  Per the request of Elizabeth, we offer this tasty soup! This is a curry, gingery, peanuty vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, and spinach. I think it’s also one of my favorite soups. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving).
Gourmet Tomato Soup! This award-winning recipe can be served warm or cold; be brave and try it out! This blended soup includes flavors of smokey aleppo pepper, coriander, and tarragon. It stands alone for a meal, but would also be perfect with a grilled cheese sandwich.

No-Mayo Coleslaw!   This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an sweetened vinegar marinade! Bean n Spicy Sausage Soup!   Very authentic to New Orleans; warm flavors of chicken sausages, mild chilies, beans, hominy, kale, carrots, celery and a mouthful of flavors! Yum at 240 calories!

Smokey Black Beans n Squash   Spicy, nutritious, fresh. We combine, roasted butternut squash, with walnuts, black beans, just a splash of Feta cheese (can request no cheese) combined with an adobe/honey dressing.  YUM!  About 200 cals/serving due to the high density nutrients/fiber.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Roll into corn tortillas and add cheese for an exotic enchilada
