Carrot Ginger BisqueCarrot n Ginger Bisque!     This is a favorite of mine!  Simple, smooth, super-comfort food!  Carrots, cream, zippy ginger, and sweetened with caramelized onion. This includes dairy, but I promise to keep it light!  A great source of beta-carotene! Only 125 calories per serving!  

Three Plus Bean Salad Three Plus Bean Salad!  Our bean salad includes green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, roasted corn, white and green onion, and bell pepper, in a sweet n tart dressing. Would be an excellent stand-alone side or a great topper for your green salad!  About 150 calories per serving.
 

Pinto Bean n Chipolte Soup! NEW!! Inspired by Chef Shafer, this spicy flavor-filled soup will tickle your taste buds.  Our home-cooked beans will blend with corn, zucchini, red pepper, onion in a broth flavored with cilantro and chipolte.  It is that good!  About 180 cals per serving.

Rainbow Kale Salad   Rainbow Raw Kale Slaw!   This raw slaw explodes with nutritious and offers lots of taste too. Kale, a little cabbage,  onion, sun-dried tomato, toasted pecan/sesame. All mixed in a sweet/tart dressing.  Less than 140 cals/serving.

Red Pepper HummusRed Pepper Hummus! Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and roasted red peppers! Not too spicy.  So good it doesn’t need tahini. Served with a stack of carrots, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Broccoli Floret Soup Creamy Broccoli Floret Soup!. Did you know that broccoli is a great source of calcium and protein?    This soup is creamy without any dairy.  The surprise is the broccoli remains in florets instead of being pureed.  It has greens, celery, garlic, and herb tastes with broccoli florets.  A serving is about 150 calories with 8 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber.  

  

  Curry Chickpea Salad Curried Chickpea Salad! Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) have so many nutrients, and aid in lowering cholesterol, weght loss and impacts of diabetes, It’s a dense source of protein and fiber. This recipe will be tasty with the addition of onions, tomatoes, zucchini, and spices.  About 180 calories per serving..

 

Barley Greens SoupBarley n Greens Soup! This is my favorite soup.  I literally lick the bowl with this herby, lemony, textury, nutritious, low-calorie soup.  Trust me, you’ll like it!  Oh, you want to know what’s in it, rather than just follow my suggestion? Ok, it has spinach, kale, chard, and barley, flavored with green onion, dill, mint, fennel fronds and lemon, in a vegetable broth.  We include a Feta cheese topper.   Can be customized with NO FETA TOPPER if requested by Saturday.  Only 140 calories/serving.
 

Bean Sprout Salad    Korean Bean Sprout Salad!  Very low calorie (less than 70 calories) and tasty with a light asian flavor.  Includes sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, slivered red pepper, and of course, blanched bean sprouts.  I hope you enjoy it!


   Sun-dried Tomato Spread Sun-dried Tomato White Bean Spread! Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Home-soaked white beans with lemon, rosemary, sage and sun-dried tomatoes. Chicken Noodle Soup NEW!!  I’m ready to challenge  your ore-conceptions on what chicken noodle soup should taste like!  Ours will be fresh, including homemade stock.  Big flat egg noodles, chicken, lots of celery, onion, carrots. and parsley.  Who knows what else.. but it will make you healthy while you lick the bowl!

 

  Karmic Carrot Karmic Carrot Salad! Thinly sliced carrots is the magic in this side dish.  Add some almonds, cranberries, honey, and some savory spices, including cinnamon, garlic, dill, and cumin, and you may transform metaphysically! Each serving is less the 100 calories.

 

 

Red Pepper Soup

Red Pepper Soup! This soup is a favorite of many of our Souptarians! It contains a  ton of roasted red peppers, garlic, onions, spices, organic half n half and chicken broth.  We’ll provide a toasted almond topper, unless you request otherwise.  About 180 cals/serving.    

 

 

 Mexican Quinoa Salad!   Order this zippy light side (which can be a meal) as a bit of heaven! It’s naturally sweet from the corn, filled-with protein from the quinoa, and a slight spiciness from the chili powder, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and sunflower seeds.  It’s dense with nutrition at 200 cals/serving.
