Red Lentil Soup

Mexican Quinoa Mexican Quinoa Salad! I love this deli-side –  it’s light, zippy, and filled with good proteins!  It’s naturally sweet from the corn, filled-with protein from the quinoa, and a slight spiciness from the chili powder, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and sunflower seeds.  It’s dense with nutrition at 200 cals/serving.

Minestrone Soup

Minestrone Soup! Fresh, flavorful and a favorite of many of our Soup Group.  Includes zucchini, tomato, kidney beans, fresh basil, and ditalini pasta, Less than 150 calories per serving.

Thai Cucumber salad Cucumber Thai Salad NEW!!   Spicy, refreshing and will leave you wanting more!  Sliced cucumbers, red onion, mint, and cilantro, with a spicy dressing, and topped with slivered almonds. Only about 60 cals/ serving and a great light alternative to a sweetened vinegar!


  

Curried Veggie Soup! 
We use the highest quality curry blend in this vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, spinach and hints of ginger and peanut. I think it’s my favorite soup. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving)

 

Apple Slaw   Apple Slaw!  Such a fresh salad for Spring!  This sweet-spicy slaw has no dairy, but instead fills the senses with sweet-tart vinaigrette, apples, broccoli slaw, dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.  This is really delicious!   About 125 cals/per serving.

 Tortilla SoupCalifornia Tortilla Soup!  We have blended flavor in a light broth with fresh veggies (zucchini, celery, carrot, onion, bell pepper, dice tomato, cilantro) to give you the perfect taste-bud experience without the calories!  We include a bit of chicken, a slice of avocado, and a side of corn tortilla crumbles.   About 200 cals/serving with avocado and tortilla.

Bulgur Pilaf with Apricots Bulgar w/ Apricot Pilaf!   Can be eaten cold or warm, this savory pilaf has plenty of almonds, apricot, cranberries, onion, parsley and flavored with allspice, cinnamon, etc.  (about 180 calories and filled with whole grains and fiber).


Corn Chowder Corn n Jalapeno Chowder!  You know you want it.  Warm tastes of jalapeno and cilantro with the comfort of corn chowder.  This was inspired by Chef Shafer so you can trust it.  Includes dairy, corn, potato, bell pepper, jalapeno, onion, and love ).  Yum at 240 calories.

 


Roasted Beet Salad with Dill.  This lovely side dish that can be served cold or warm.  We supply a tart dressing super-flavored with dill and mix it with beautiful deep red beets, slices of orange, onion and a sprinkle of walnut.  Great alone or on a bed of greens.   About 130 calories per serving.

Breadless Bruschetta!  This doesn’t come around too often, so seize the moment.  Our fresh bruschetta is made with diced tomatoes in garlic, olive oil, basil, and capers!  Of course, we won’t tell if you spread it on a baguette with mozzarella cheese. Simply Veggie Soup Simply Veggie Soup!  I suggest ordering by the quart, because it’s that yummy and a great solution for breakfast, a snack, or lunch/dinner.  Only about 100 calories per serving!  Yet, it’s filled with flavors from onions, carrots, celery, leeks, roasted sweet potato & butternut squash, corn, greens, tomatoes, etc.

Dill Garbanzo Salad

Bulgar Dill Salad!   So fresh and filling.  We start with a course bulgar and chickpeas, then add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper, lots of dill, and a balsamic dressing.  It’s calorie-dense but filled with fiber! (about 250 cals/serving).    

Brazilian Black Bean Soup!  Brazil… a bit of exotic latin flavor in a hearty, healthy soup. And, I’m told it freezes well.  This is a semi-pureed soup with a bit of garlic, cumin, coriander and laced with sherry and orange juice, and a bit of red onion and bell pepper.  Calories are 200 per serving.

   

Calico Salad Veggie Calico Salad!  This is a raw zucchini salad with black beans, corn, bell pepper, green onions and a little avocado.  All coated with a zippy limey dressing.  Colorful and good for you! Less than 100 calories per serving due to the healthy fats in the avocado!
