Red Pepper SoupRed Pepper Soup! This soup is a favorite of many of our Souptarians! It contains a confrontation of roasted red peppers, garlic, onions, spices, and organic cream.  We’ll provide a toasted almond topper, unless you request otherwise.  About 180 cals/serving.      

Italian Collards Italian Collards!  Inspired from my mentor Trainer, Trent!  It’s hearty, flavorful and oooo so good for you.  Collards simmered with onions, tomatoes, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and more.  May contain a bit of bacon fat, if needed. About 130 calories per serving.

 

Toasted Rice Soup!  Amazing taste with toasted brown rice, spinach, onions, lemon zest, and a hint of nutmeg in a vegetable broth.  I’ll include some Parmesan cheese as a topper to make this a SOUPer delight!   (200 calories/serving, inc the cheese).

 
Roasted Beets
 Roasted Beet Salad with Herbs.  This a lovely side dish that can be served cold or warm.  We supply a tart dressing super-flavored with dill and mix it with beautiful deep red beets, slices of orange, and sweet onion and a sprinkle of walnut.  Great alone or on a bed of greens.   About 130 calories per serving.

 

Yummy DipTzatziki Dip!  Big and bold step for us to offer a Greek yogurt-based dip!   I promise this will taste fresher than ANY store-bought version.  cucumber, lemon, dill, mint in a yogurt-based dip!  YUMMY!  Bell pepper dippers for you!

Lentil Soup Lovely Lentil Soup! Not yet a fan of the lentil bean?  Trust me, you’ll like this. Gluten-free, yet filling and fantastic; just not blinged out like those other trendy soups.  It has all the veggies you want and plenty of flavor (no curry).  Our generous serving is about 180 calories.

Rainbow Kale Slaw Rainbow Raw Kale Slaw!   This raw slaw explodes with nutritious and offers lots of taste too. Kale, a little cabbage,  onion, roasted pepper,  toasted pecan/sesame. All mixed in a sweet/tart dressing.  Less than 140 cals/serving.

 Cucumber Thai Salad! 
Spicy, refreshing and will leave you wanting more!  Sliced cucumbers, red onion, mint, and cilantro, with a spicy dressing, and topped with slivered almonds. Only about 60 cals/ serving and a great light alternative to a sweetened vinegar!



Traditional Hummus

Mushroom Spinach SoupMushroom & Spinach Soup – A favorite of Suzzane!  This soup ain’t pretty, but sure is flavorful and rich-tasting!  It’s pureed but still chunky with all sorts of mushrooms (boosts your immunities and lowers cholesterol) and onions, and then laced with spinach. Flavors include garlic, sherry, fennel, and a dash of red pepper flakes. (about 100 calories per serving).
Copper Pennies

 Copper Pennies!  This is a personal family recipe from our mid-west family.  Coin-diced carrots, with onion and pepper, then pickled in a savory-secret blend.  Thank you Grandma!  These gems keep for a long time, so you can store and enjoy for more than a week. Less than 100 calories/serving.

 
California Tortilla Soup! I know we served this just a month ago, but it really deserves a repeat for a very light, perfectly seasoned chicken soup (with the tortilla on the side!). The flavorful broth includes a lot fresh veggies (zucchini, celery, carrot, onion, bell pepper, dice tomato, cilantro) to give you the perfect taste-bud experience without the calories!  We include a bit of chicken, and avocado, and a side of corn tortilla crumbles.   About 210 cals/serving with avocado and tortilla.
