Harvard Beets Harvard Beets!  Since you are family, I’ll share this dish with you.  Best served warm, these little jewel-colored roots are simmered with a sweetened/tart/clovey sauce.  My mouth is watering just thinking about it.  Calories are reasonable, trust me.

California Tortilla SoupCalifornia Tortilla Soup! Perfectly seasoned chicken soup (with the tortilla on the side!). The flavorful broth includes zucchini, celery, carrot, onion, bell pepper, diced tomato, cilantro) to give you the perfect taste-bud experience without the calories!  We include a bit of chicken, and avocado, and a side of corn tortilla crumbles.   About 210 cals/serving with avocado and tortilla.

Thai Cucumbers! Thai Cucumbers Spicy, refreshing and will leave you wanting more!  Sliced cucumbers, red onion, mint, and cilantro, with a spicy dressing, and topped with slivered almonds. Only about 60 cals/ serving and a great light alternative to a sweetened vinegar

Potato Leek Soup   Potato Leek Soup!  So soothing, creamy and tasty … without any dairy.  We roast potatoes and garlic, combine it with sauteed leeks.  Then we season it with parsley, thyme and marjoram. And finally, give it some texture with a bit of corn.   Calories are estimated at about 180..

Mexican Quinoa Salad! IMexican Quinoa love this deli-side –  it’s light, zippy, and filled with good proteins!  It’s naturally sweet from the corn, filled-with protein from the quinoa, and a slight spiciness from the chili powder, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and sunflower seeds.  It’s dense with nutrition at 200 cals/serving
