  Red Pepper Soup!Red Pepper Soup  This soup is a favorite of many of our Souptarians! It contains a confrontation of roasted red peppers, garlic, onions, spices, and organic cream.  We’ll provide a toasted almond topper, unless you request otherwise.  About 180 cals/serving.

Smokey Black Bean n Squash   Spicy, nutritious, fresh.  We combine, roasted butternut squash, with walnuts, black beans, just a splash of Feta cheese (can request no cheese by Saturday) combined with an adobe/honey dressing.  YUM!  About 200 cals/serving due to the high density nutrients/fiber.

 

  


African Yam & Greens Soup! 
This African Yam Soup soup has a wonderful ethnic feel to it. Brothy with a bit of chili powder, garlic, curry, and yellow miso paste.  (no rice in our version)  About 100 cals per serving

Quinoa Pilaf Quinoa Pilaf!  Kinda sweet, nutty and tart, with nuts, currents, green onion, basil, parsley, with a vinaigrette dressing. Perfect for this time of year and certainly worth trying!  It’s about 150 calories and contains plenty of protein from the quinoa.
Garlicky Hummus Roasted Garlic Hummus! Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and roasted garlic! Enough to ward off vampires!. Served with a stack of zucchini/bell pepepr, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

  Roasted Veggie Chicken  Wrap  PROTEIN WRAPS! This week, try our tasty and healthy Roasted Veggies n Chicken Wrap  We will season- roast zucchini, bell pepper, onion, garlic, (maybe artichoke asparagus) peppery bulgur and add our famous chicken.  All rolled with romaine and/or a flour tortilla.  Can request no chicken by Saturday.  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

Tex-Mex Soup!  Tex-Mex SoupA vegetarian southwest soup with surprising flavors:    jalapeno, black beans, bell pepper, corn, and onion, with a pumpkin soup base.  Many say its super! (about 270 cals/serving, but provides tons of fiber and plant protein).

 

Apple slaw Apple Slaw!  This sweet-spicy slaw has no dairy, but instead fills the senses with sweet-tart vinaigrette, apples, broccoli slaw, dried cherries and toasted walnuts.  This is really delicious!  About 125 cals/per serving.

Awesome Asian Soup!  AAwesome Asian Soupsian flavors…a little hot, a little sour. Flavors include: tofu, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, bok choy, bamboo shoots, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, and cilantro.  This soup is great for calorie-consciousness people at only 90 calories per serving.

Three Plus Bean Salad!Three-Bean   Our bean salad includes green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, white and green onion, and bell pepper, in a sweet n tart dressing. Would be an excellent stand-alone side or a great topper for your green salad! About 150 calories per serving.

Simply Veggie Soup  Simply Veggie Soup!  I know we featured this last month, but so many of you wanted more, we have it back in the menu.  I really is spectacular, so order up!  Only about 95 calories per serving!  Yet, it’s filled with flavors from onions, carrots, celery, roasted sweet potato & butternut squash, rutabaga, leeks, greens, tomatoes, etc

 Roasted Beet Side Roasted Beet Salad with Dill  This a lovely side dish that can be served cold or warm.  We supply a tart dressing super-flavored with dill and mix it with beautiful deep red beets, sweet onion and a sprinkle of toasted walnuts. Great alone or on a bed of greens.   About 130 calories per serving.

Filled with curry and coconut flavors with butternut squash, mushrooms and super taste! It will put a smile on your face and another smile in your tummy. This hearty soup is about 280 calories, yet still very nutritious and health-ful.

Green Velvet Soup!  She ain’t pretty, but a ton more flavor than a typical pea soup.  There are many flavonoids pureed in this tasty soup, including broccoli, split pea, zucchini, spinach, celery, potato, dill, and more.  It’s a surprising favorite and you will immediately feel the nutrients activating your body.   Each serving is about 130 calories.

Sweet-and-Sour Sauerkraut!  You say you don’t LOVE sauerkraut?  Did you know how beneficial fermented foods are?  No?  Then, go Google it and decide for yourself.  Instead of Kim-chi, we make this turbo-charged side dish with sauerkraut, tomatoes, allspice, cumin, onion and garlic which makes it unique and yummy.  Less than 100 cals/serving.
