VVeg Chiliegetarian Chili! Many many flavors, some are even a secret, but the result is a hint of sweet-then-spicy!  Ingredients include mushrooms, beans, diced tomatoes, bell pepper, corn, celery, cilantro, chipolte peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes.  And, its only 180 calories/serving with tons of fiber!

   
karmic carrots  Karmic Carrot Salad! Thinly sliced blanched carrots is the magic in this side dish.  Add some almonds, cranberries, honey, and some savory spices, including cinnamon, garlic, parsley, and cumin, and you may transform metaphysically! Each serving is less the 100 calories.

Corn & Potato Chowder!Corn Potato Chowder This chowder needs NO meat;  just potato, corn, onions, LOT’S of bell pepper, parsley and perfect seasonings.  It has a touch of heat and eastern seaboard seasonings.  This soup includes limited dairy. It’s well worth the 250 calories/serving.

   
Mediterranean Lentils Mediterranean Lentils! Another favorite with lots of flavor and fiber.  A great source of protein from the lentils and garnished with carrots, parsley, bell pepper, red onion, and tons of spices.  Each serving is about 16 grams of protein, 15 grams of fiber and about 190 cals.
