Carrot Ginger Bisque
Carrot n Ginger Bisque! This is a favorite of mine!  Simple, smooth, and delicious! Carrots, cream, zippy ginger, and sweetened with caramelized onion. This includes dairy, but I promise to keep it light!  A great source of beta-carotene and better than ice cream!.  Only 125 calories per serving!.

Kale n Beans Kale n Bean Decadence! This has everything you need to love.  Healthy kale and beans, braised with BACON , onions, garlic, and other seasonings.  Basically… we have added some healthy leafy veggies and legumes to make decadent cuisine sinless.   About 200/serving

Vegetarian Chili! Demanded so we provide!  Many many flavors, some are even a secret, but the result is a hint of sweet-then-spicy!  Ingredients include mushrooms, beans, diced tomatoes, bell pepper, celery, cilantro, chipolte peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes.  And, its only 180 calories/serving with tons of fiber!

Amish Slaw Amish Slaw!  This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an outstanding marinade!  (less than 90 calories per serving)

Spicy Indian Bean Dip!  Made of  beans, tahhini, mint, cardamon, cumin, and chili seeds.  Its flavorful and low calorie!!!. Let’s try it with some cucumber slices!  It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy.

Chinese Chicken PROTEIN WRAPS! This week, try our Improved Chinese Chicken Wrap. Tasty and healthy.  Fresh roasted chicken with shredded carrots,bean sprouts, green onions, and a bit of cabbage and sesame-flavored couscous.  We provide an orange-ginger dipping sauce on the side. Less than 320 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!  About  320-calories per serving and about 65 grams of chicken!  Can request no tortilla or no chicken if received by Saturday!

Greek Green Salad!  Our Greek Salad w/ chickenBIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  tomato, cucumber, Feta cheese, red onion, bell pepper, and Tapenade (chopped olive), with an Oregano vinaigrette.  (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!  Order by Saturday.  Can also replace feta with garbanzos is requested by Saturday.

Simply Veggie Soup
Simply Veggie Soup!  You will be thrilled with the taste and how you feel with this magical soup!  I believe it’s spectacular, so order up!  Only about 95 calories per serving!  Yet, it’s filled with flavors from onions, carrots, celery, corn, butternut squash, sweet potato, rutabaga, leeks, greens, tomatoes, etc.

Quinoa Pilaf Quinoa Pilaf!  Kinda sweet, nutty and tart, with nuts, currents, green onion, basil, parsley, with a vinaigrette dressing. Perfect light meal that will fill you up without the consequences.  It’s about 150 calories and contains plenty of protein from the quinoa.

Red Lentil Soup Red Lentil Soup! Filled with curry and coconut flavors with butternut squash, mushrooms and super taste! It will put a smile on your face and another smile in your tummy. This hearty soup is about 280 calories, yet still very nutritious and health-full.

Copper Pennies Copper Pennies!  This is a personal family recipe from our mid-west family.  Coin-diced carrots, with green/white onion and  bell pepper, then pickled in a savory-secret blend.  Thank you Grandma!  These gems keep for a long time, so you can store and enjoy for more than a week. Less than 100 calories/serving.

Black Bean Dip Spicy Black Bean Dip! A creamy healthy bean dip with red onion, tomato, garlic, cumin and Jalepeno chili. It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy. Served with celery sticks. I will try to update the photo so you can see what ya get!

PROTEIN WRAPS! This week, try our tasty and healthy  “Buffalo Wing”  Wrap!  This may be our best wrap!   Roasted chicken with a bit of hotness. Red Pepper Soup! Red Pepper SoupThis soup is a favorite of many of our Souptarians! It contains a confrontation of roasted red peppers, garlic, onions, spices, and organic cream.  We’ll provide a toasted almond topper, unless you request otherwise.  About 180 cals/serving.

Oriental Slaw Oriental Slaw!  It’s raw, with a delicate sesame dressing. Cabbage is mixed with green onion, carrots, bean sprouts, toasted sesame seeds, almonds, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro. A nice low-calorie side or snack at 80 calories per serving.

Mediteranean Chowder Mediterranean Red Chowder!   Give it a try:  It’s so refreshing, exotic, and nutritious!  Flavors include a tomato base with red pepper, eggplant, basil and lots of lemon zest and other Mediterranean flavors.   It is also less than 150 calories/serving.

Awesome Asian Soup!  awesome asian soupAsian flavors…a little hot, a little sour. Flavors include: tofu, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, bokchoy, bamboo shoots, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, and cilantro.  This soup is great for calorie-consciousness people at only 90 calories per serving.

Mexican Quinoa Salad! I love this deli-side –  it’s light, zippy, and filled with good proteins!  It’s naturally sweet from the corn, filled-with protein from the quinoa, and a very slight spiciness from the chili powder, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and sunflower seeds.  It’s dense with nutrition at 200 cals/serving.

brazilblackbean Brazilian Black Bean Soup!  Brazil… a bit of exotic latin flavor in a hearty, healthy soup. And, I’m told it freezes well. This is a semi-pureed soup with a bit of garlic, cumin, coriander and laced with sherry and orange juice, and a bit of red onion and bell pepper. Bacon topper, unless requested otherwise by Friday.  Calories are 200 per serving.
