Red Pepper Soup! Red Pepper SoupThis soup is a favorite of many of our Souptarians! It contains a confrontation of roasted red peppers, garlic, onions, spices, and organic cream.  We’ll provide a toasted almond topper, unless you request otherwise.  About 180 cals/serving.

Oriental Slaw Oriental Slaw!  It’s raw, with a delicate sesame dressing. Cabbage is mixed with green onion, carrots, bean sprouts, toasted sesame seeds, almonds, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro. A nice low-calorie side or snack at 80 calories per serving.

Mediteranean Chowder Mediterranean Red Chowder!   Give it a try:  It’s so refreshing, exotic, and nutritious!  Flavors include a tomato base with red pepper, eggplant, basil and lots of lemon zest and other Mediterranean flavors.   It is also less than 150 calories/serving.

Peach Walnut Barley Peach & Walnut Barley. So glad its becoming peach season.  We all love this!  A fresh salad that gets a welcome crunch from walnuts and the fiber-filled barley and the fresh sweetness of peaches!  Includes extra flavor from parsley, red pepper, citrus and chili powder.  No Feta this time. About 150 cals/serving.

argentno Dip Traditional Humus w/ Dippers!  Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and tahini!  This traditional hummus is topped with parsley and paprika, the traditional way!  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Italiano Warp PROTEIN WRAPS! This week, try our tasty and healthy Italiano Wrap!  All the flavor and mindful of the calories..we bring you a zesty meal. A sprinkle of dry salami, couscous, black olive, pepperccini, red onion, basil and romaine.  Comes with a dipper of homemade Italian Dressing.  Can request veggie only or chicken only , in place of salami, if ordered by Friday night.

Festive Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  This week’s salad includes:  cucumber, berries, celery, sunflower seeds, bell pepper, carrots, red onions n parsley with a home-made honey-Dijon dressing.  You can ADD 60 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!  Order by Saturday!

Handcrafted Power Bars Natural Protein Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available:  Peanut Toffee or Cinnamon-Raisin.

Blond Brownie Brownies !  Ready for a different treat?  Try our Pecan Blondies – our version of a tasty non-chocolate brownie filled with nutty rich flavor!  Also available:  Peppermint or Walnut.  Everyone needs a treat now and then!

FREE delivery with order of $16 or more (for selected delivery areas/schedules)

I do  request pre-orders by COB Friday, so I know how much to make and minimize environmental waste.
