Carrot Ginger Bisque
Carrot n Ginger Bisque! This is a favorite of mine!  Simple, smooth, and delicious! Carrots, cream, zippy ginger, and sweetened with caramelized onion. This includes dairy, but I promise to keep it light!  A great source of beta-carotene and better than ice cream!.  Only 125 calories per serving!.

Kale n Beans Kale n Bean Decadence! This has everything you need to love.  Healthy kale and beans, braised with BACON , onions, garlic, and other seasonings.  Basically… we have added some healthy leafy veggies and legumes to make decadent cuisine sinless.   About 200/serving

Vegetarian Chili! Demanded so we provide!  Many many flavors, some are even a secret, but the result is a hint of sweet-then-spicy!  Ingredients include mushrooms, beans, diced tomatoes, bell pepper, celery, cilantro, chipolte peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes.  And, its only 180 calories/serving with tons of fiber!

Amish Slaw Amish Slaw!  This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an outstanding marinade!  (less than 90 calories per serving)

Spicy Indian Bean Dip!  Made of  beans, tahhini, mint, cardamon, cumin, and chili seeds.  Its flavorful and low calorie!!!. Let’s try it with some cucumber slices!  It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy.

Chinese Chicken PROTEIN WRAPS! This week, try our Improved Chinese Chicken Wrap. Tasty and healthy.  Fresh roasted chicken with shredded carrots,bean sprouts, green onions, and a bit of cabbage and sesame-flavored couscous.  We provide an orange-ginger dipping sauce on the side. Less than 320 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!  About  320-calories per serving and about 65 grams of chicken!  Can request no tortilla or no chicken if received by Saturday!

Greek Green Salad!  Our Greek Salad w/ chickenBIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  tomato, cucumber, Feta cheese, red onion, bell pepper, and Tapenade (chopped olive), with an Oregano vinaigrette.  (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!  Order by Saturday.  Can also replace feta with garbanzos is requested by Saturday.

Handcrafted Power Bars Natural Protein Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available:   Peanut- Chocolate or Banana-Berry.

Blond Brownie Energy Brownies !  Everyone needs a treat now and then!  Pecan Blondies or Espresso Brownies.  Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
