Cool Gaspacho!! This is a perfect hot-weather meal! So fresh with cucumber, celery, tomato, parsley, pepper and a fresh spicy kick! Can be served cold or warm. Some accents of avocado provided in soup while supplies last! Did I mention this is the perfect low-calorie meal? Our generous serving is only 90 calories.TIP: pour some of this in your big-mouthed water bottle and enjoy while you cycle or workout! Many of my clients use this as their energy drink!!
Lemony Lentil Side! Lentils are special! Packed with fiber, protein and very sustainable! Let’s celebrate them with this refreshing salad, including tri-color bell peppers, green onions, lemon, tarragon, Dijon mustard, and seasonings. It’s going to fill your mouth with freshness! (about 190 calories).
Toasted Rice Soup! Amazing taste with toasted brown rice, spinach, onions, lemon zest, and a hint of nutmeg in a vegetable broth. I’ll include some Parmesan cheese as a separate topper to make this a SOUPer delight! (200 calories/serving, inc the cheese).
Oriental Slaw! It’s raw, with a delicate sesame dressing. Cabbage is mixed with green onion, carrots, bean sprouts, toasted sesame seeds, almonds, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro. A nice low-calorie side or snack at 80 calories per serving.
Traditional Humus w/ Dippers! Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and tahini! This traditional hummus is topped with parsley and paprika, the traditional way! Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Garden Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad includes: sunflower seeds, apple, black beans, bell pepper, celery, carrots, snap peas, and tomatoes, with a home-made balsamic dressing. (less than 220 calories/container). You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50! Order by Saturday!
Natural Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Apricot n Pecan or Cinnamon-Raisin.
Energy Brownies ! Everyone needs a treat now and then! Pecan Blondies or Espresso Brownies . Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
