Pizza Soup!  It’s got an Italian zip, with more!  A thick soup with pureed zucchini and onion, a richness from a bit of Italian sausage and extra veggies! Kinda like a soup version of a pizza without the extra cheese or calories!

Amish Slaw Best Non-dairy Slaw Ever!  This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for weeks!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an outstanding marinade!  (less than 90 calories per serving)

Bean Sprout Salad Korean Bean Sprout Salad!  Very low calorie (less than 70 calories) and tasty with a light Asian flavor. Includes sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, slivered red pepper, and of course, blanched bean sprouts.  I hope you enjoy it!

  Red Pepper Hummus Red Pepper Dip w/ Celery!  Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and roasted red pepper with blended chickpeas! Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Tortilla Soup California Tortilla Soup! The flavorful brothy soup includes zucchini, celery, carrot, onion, bell pepper, diced tomato,and cilantro to give you the perfect taste-bud experience without the calories!  We include a bit of chicken, and a side of corn tortilla crumbles.   About 190 cals/serving with the tortilla!

Sesame Green Beans Sesame Green Beans!  Can be served cold or hot, and best when eaten with your fingers. Fresh green beans, blanched and combined with a soy-dressing and sesame seeds!   Super low-calorie (less than 80 cals/serving) makes this a sin-less side dish.

Kenya Curried Soup Kenya Curried Soup! Perfect blend of spices and texture .This soup is a bit sweeter than a Dahl, and boasts flavors including tomatoes, kale, black-eyed peas, corn, bell pepper, sweet curry flavors, and coconut milk. carrot bisqueCarrot w/ Thyme & Fennel Bisque! We get great feedback on this soup, so its thyme to offer it againt!  A flavorful carrot bisque without any heavy cream or potato!  Onion, leeks, garlic, carrots, and some butter. Fresh thyme and fennel give it a pizazz.

Cucumber Tomato Tomato Cucumber Bliss!  This is one of my favorites for FRESH and FLAVORFUL!  Similar to a Capri Salad without the diary.  This delight includes tomatoes,  cucumber, red onion, chopped basil and parsley, marinated in a sweet n tart vinaigrette and a peppercini topper.  Less than 100 cals/serving

Lentil Soup Lovely Lentil Soup! Not yet a fan of the lentil bean?  Trust me, you’ll like this. Gluten-free, yet filling and fantastic; just not blinged out like those other trendy soups.  It has all the veggies you want and plenty of flavor (no curry).  Our generous serving is about 180 calories. 

 

 

Apple Slaw Apple Slaw!  This sweet-spicy slaw has no dairy, but instead fills the senses with sweet-tart vinaigrette, apples, broccoli slaw, dried cherries and toasted walnuts.  This is really delicious!  About 125 cals/per serving.

Bruschetta Breadless Bruschetta!  This doesn’t come around too often, so seize the moment.  Our fresh bruschetta is made with diced tomatoes in garlic, olive oil, basil, and capers!  Of course, we won’t tell if you spread it on a baguette with mozzarella cheese. Green Velvet Soup!
