Vegetarian Chili! Many many flavors, some are even a secret, but the result is a hint of sweet-then-spicy! Ingredients include mushrooms, beans, diced tomatoes, bell pepper, celery, corn, cilantro, chipolte peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes. And, its only 180 calories/serving with tons of fiber!
Rainbow Kale Slaw! Kale never tasted so good! We combine finely chopped kale and cabbage with a delicious sweet-spicy-sunflower-basalmic dressing. Topped with a few cranberries, toasted almonds and sesame seeds. It’s raw, healthy and delicious! About 120 cals per serving.
Potato Leek Soup! So soothing, creamy and tasty … without any dairy. We roast potatoes w/ skin and garlic, combine it with sauteed leeks. Then we season it with parsley, thyme and marjoram. And finally, give it some texture with a bit of corn. Calories are estimated at about 180.
Roasted Cauliflower Side – NEW!! Let’s start with oven roasted cauliflower, then tossed with chickpeas and couscous and seasoned with almonds, dill, parsley, in a seasoned cumin yogourt dressing. About 200 cals per our serving.
Roasted Garlic Hummus w/ Celery Stix! Hand-crafted never tasted better. Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of roasted garlic, mixed with ground chickpeas. Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.
PROTEIN WRAPS! This week, try our tasty and healthy Chicken Caesar Wrap. Wraps are handy and very popular for our lunch crew. Try them toasted in the broiler/ toaster oven for 30 secs. This week’s wrap includes: fresh roasted chicken, lemony-couscous, green peas, red onion, tomato, and Parmesan cheese, all rolled in a bed of romaine and flour tortilla. We provide a side of tasty Caesar dipping sauce. About 320-calories per serving and about 56 grams of chicken! Can request no tortilla if received by Saturday!
Super Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad includes: cucumber, toasted walnuts, green peas, raisins, red onion w/ mint, celery, and carrots with a home-made tarragon vinaigrette. (less than 250 calories/container). You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50! Order by Saturday.
Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Pumpkin Spice.
Energy Brownies n Bars ! Everyone needs a treat now and then! Raspberry Shortbread Bars or Pecan Blondies. Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
