Bean n Green Soup Bean n Greens Soup!  This is a perfect balanced soup, that will fill your soul for breakfast as well as the other meals.  Deep balanced flavors of  spinach, kale, fire roasted tomatoes, white beans, leeks, and seasoned with fresh rosemary, thyme and just a bit of heat of Serrano chili.  All in about 180 cals/serving

Quinoa Pilaf Quinoa Pilaf!  Kinda sweet, nutty and tart, with nuts, dried cranberry, green onion, basil, parsley, with a vinaigrette dressing. Perfect for this time of year and certainly worth trying!  It’s about 150 calories and contains plenty of protein from the quinoa.

Cheese Tortilini SoupCheese Tortellini Soup – NEW! This new version will be all cheesy and no keilbasa for a lighter summer flavor!  Of course it’s filled with love, but I’ll keep us in calorie-control with cheese-filled tortellini,  tomatoes, peas, and spinach.  Treat yourself, it’s still less than 250 cals per serving

Three Three Plus Bean SaladPlus Bean Salad – Improved!  Our bean salad includes green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, green onion,  bell pepper,  in a sweet n tart dressing. Would be an excellent stand-alone side or a great topper for your green salad! About 150 calories per serving.

herby white bean spread Herb n Sun-dried Tomato White Bean Dip!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Home-soaked white beans with lemon, rosemary, sage and sun-dried tomatoes. Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy (about 250 calories/container).

Chicken Wrap with CurryPROTEIN WRAPS!  This week, try our Chicken Wrap w/ Curry Dressing!  All the flavor and mindful of the calories, with home-cooked roasted chicken strips, couscous with garlic/lemon,  cucumber, red onions, and apple, with a sweet curry dipping sauce. All wrapped in crunchy romaine and a flour tortilla. About  320-calories per serving and about 20 grams of protein!  Can request no chicken or tortilla if received by Saturday!

Cari Green Salad!  Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  tomato, garbanzo bean, carrot, olives, roasted almonds, green onion, and bell pepper, with a home-made Smoked Paprika dressing.  (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!  Order by Saturday.

Handcrafted Power Bars Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Peanut-Toffee or Banana-Berry..
