Mushroom & Spinach Soup Mushroom & Spinach Soup! This soup isn’t featured very often so enjoy it while you can! It is sure is flavorful and rich-tasting!  It’s pureed but still chunky with all sorts of mushrooms (boosts your immunities and lowers cholesterol) and leeks,  onions, and then laced with spinach. Flavors include garlic, sherry, fennel, and a dash of red pepper flakes. (about 100 calories per serving).

Mediterranean Lentils Mediterranean Lentils! Another favorite with lots of flavor and fiber.  A great source of protein from the lentils and garnished with carrots, parsley, bell pepper, red onion, and tons of spices.  Each serving is about 16 grams of protein, 15 grams of fiber and about 190 cals.

 Spicy Bean & Chicken Sausage Soup!    Not quite chili, but some wonderful warm flavors.  I am cooking this by request, so order and taste what all the talk is about! It includes some spicy chicken sausage, beans, hominy, kale, chipolte, jalapenos, and more spices!  Yum at 240 calories.

Sesame Beans Sesame Green Beans!  Can be served cold or hot, and best when eaten with your fingers. Fresh green beans, blanched and combined with a soy-dressing and sesame seeds!   Super low-calorie (less than 80 cals/serving) makes this a sin-less side dish.

Sesame Hummus!  Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, with an splash of sesame oil to intensify the flavor! Served with a stack of celery sticks.  A very healthful and fulfilling snack or meal!

PROTEIN WRAPS! This week, try our tasty and healthy Italiano Wrap!  All the flavor and mindful of the calories..we bring you a zesty meal. A sprinkle of dry salami, couscous, black olive, pepperccini, red onion, basil and romaine.  Can request  veggie or chicken, in place of salami, if ordered by Saturday.

Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes a bed of romaine with walnuts, raisins, celery, green onion, bell pepper, green peas, and avocado.  Served with a honey-dijon vinaigrette. (less than 220 calories/ container).You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Friday).

Spicy Sweet Potato Spicy Sweet Potato Soup!  A very different taste with so many healing spices!  This brothy soup is quite exotic with sliced sweet potatoes, tomatoes, coriander, cumin seed, turmeric, and fresh ginger.  (Only 100 calories/serving).

Parmesan Chickpea Side Herby Parmesan Chickpeas!   So much flavor wrapped around a bean, including, lemon, basil, parsley, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese.  Kinda nutty, tart, and healthy! Beans are dense in calories but filled with good fiber, protein, and nutrition.  Don’t be scared at the 250 calories, just savor and realize its a meal!

Mulligatawny Soup!Mulligatawny Soup This is an Indian-based recipe and a favorite of many! Ingredients include chick peas, brown rice, apple, grated carrot, celery, green pepper, spinach, and Indian spices. Includes very  limited dairy. About 200 cals/serving.

Curried Vegetable Soup Curried Veggie Soup!  We use the highest quality curry blend in this vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, spinach and hints of ginger and peanut. I think it’s my favorite soup. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving).

Apricot Bulgar Bulgar w/ Apricot Pilaf!  Can be eaten cold or warm, this savory pilaf has plenty of almonds, apricot, cranberries, onion, parsley and flavored with allspice, cinnamon, etc.  (about 180 calories and filled with whole grains and fiber).

Toasted Rice Soup Toasted Rice Soup!  Amazing taste with toasted brown rice, spinach, onions, lemon zest, and a hint of nutmeg in a vegetable broth.  I’ll include some Parmesan cheese as a separate topper to make this a SOUPer delight!   (200 calories/serving, inc the cheese).
