African Yam & Greens Soup! This soup has a wonderful ethnic feel to it. Brothy with a bit of chili powder, garlic, curry, and yellow miso paste. (no rice in our version) About 100 cals per serving
Smokey Squash n Black Bean Spicy, nutritious, fresh. We combine, roasted butternut squash, with walnuts, black beans, just a splash of Feta cheese (can request no cheese by Saturday) combined with an adobe/honey dressing. YUM! About 200 cals/serving due to the high density nutrients/fiber.
Roasted Squash w/ Pecan Soup! Pureed roasted butternut squash, onions and pecans blended perfectly! Includes a dash of cream to make is smooth and soothing. About 150 cals/ serving.
Thai Cucumbers! Spicy, refreshing and will leave you wanting more! Sliced cucumbers, red onion, mint, and cilantro, with a spicy dressing, Topped with slivered almonds and sesame seeds. Only about 60 cals/ serving!
Fresh Herby Yogurt Dip! Home-made and delicious! We combine a protein-rich Greek yogurt with FRESH parsley, cilantro, green onion, garlic, lemon, and a bit of goat cheese Served with a stack of cucumber discs, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack!
PROTEIN WRAPS! This week, try our Chicken Wrap w/ Dip Sauce! All the flavor and mindful of the calories, with home-cooked roasted chicken strips, couscous with garlic/lemon, roasted pepper, cucumber, red onions, and apple. All wrapped in crunchy romaine and a flour tortilla. About 320-calories per serving and about 20 grams of protein! Will include a sweet curry/yogurt dipper, but can substitute ranch dressing/request. All requests by Saturday!
Cari Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad includes: avocado, black beans, cranberry, cucumber, jicama, carrots, and bell pepper w/parsley on a bed of crispy romaine/iceberg lettuce. Includes our home-made Smoked Paprika dressing. (less than 250 calories/container). You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50! Order by Saturday!
Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Pumpkin Spice or Cherry Almond.
Energy Brownies n Bars ! Everyone needs a treat now and then! Pecan Blondies or Expresso Brownies. Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
