Carrot w/ Thyme & Fennel Bisque! We get great feedback on this soup, so its thyme to offer it again! A flavorful carrot bisque without any heavy cream or potato! Onion, leeks, garlic, carrots, and some butter. Fresh thyme and fennel give it a pizazz.
Apple Pilaf! Earthy leeks, nutty almond, apples, and a rice/barley blend make this sweet pilaf a standout. We’ll keep the serving size to about a cup so that the calories stay below 200.
Simply Veggie Soup! I suggest ordering by the quart, because it’s that yummy and a great solution for breakfast, a snack, or lunch/dinner. Only about 95 calories per serving! Yet, it’s filled with flavors from onions, carrots, celery, roasted sweet potato & butternut squash, rutabaga, onion, greens, corn, tomatoes, etc.
Korean Bean Sprout Side! Very low calorie (less than 70 calories) and tasty with a light Asian flavor. Includes sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, slivered red pepper, and of course, blanched bean sprouts. I hope you enjoy it!
Fresh-Herb Yogurt Dip- NEW! Home-made and delicious! We combine a protein-rich Greek yogurt with FRESH parsley, dill, green onion, garlic, and lemon. Served with a stack of cucumber discs, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack!
PROTEIN WRAPS! This week, try our TEX-MEX Chicken Wrap!. Tasty and healthy. Fresh roasted chicken with lots of corn,/black bean, queso cotija, red onion, roasted red pepper, jalepeno, tex-mex seasoned couscous and romaine lettuce. About 320-calories per serving and about 65 grams of chicken!
Subsitute lettuce wrap instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!
Ask for avocado instead of chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week!
Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Apricot Pecan.
Energy Brownies n Bars ! Everyone needs a treat now and then! Peppermint Brownies or Expresso Brownies. Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
