Vegetarian Chili! Many many flavors, some are even a secret, but the result is a hint of sweet-then-spicy!  Ingredients include mushrooms, beans, diced tomatoes, bell pepper, celery, cilantro, chipolte peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes.  And, its only 180 calories/serving with tons of fiber!

Kale Slaw Holy Kale Slaw!  Kale never tasted so good!  We combine finely chopped kale with a delicious sweet-spicy-nutty-balsamic dressing. Topped with a few almonds and sesame seeds. You’ll want more than one serving of this healthy side!!  About 150 cals per serving.

Turkey Rice Soup Turkey n Rice Soup!  Using holiday turkey bones to give you a home-made rich stock of turkey blended with our favorite wild rice n roasted roots,  (with bacon), a bit of cream, onion, carrots, celery,  kale,tomatoes, etc.  About 200 cals/serving. So tyummy!

Black Bean Side
Cuban Black Bean Salad!
  A delicious side with lots of fiber, flavor and protein. Black beans and corn with pineapple, peppers,  green and red onion, and lots of mex flavors!  A great stand alone, side or salad topper! About 170 calories for our big serving.
 

 

 

Spicy Hummus  w/ Celery Stix!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of spice (jalepeno, red pepper, chipolte) and chickpeas.  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy..

YUMMY WRAPS!  This week, try our tasty and healthy Teriyaki Wrap!  Includes:  brown rice, pineapple, green onion, jicama, roasted red pepper all rolled in a bed of romaine and flour tortilla.  We provide a side of teriyaki dipping sauce. About  220 calories per serving! Can request specials if ordered by Saturday!

LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute lettuce wrap instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!

Chicken Option!!  Ask for  chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Cindy Green Salad!   Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: green peas, raisins, toasted walnuts, avocado, black olives, grape tomato, carrots, and red onion w/parsley on a bed of crispy romaine/iceberg lettuce. Includes our ranch dressing  (less than 250 calories/container)

 

Handcrafted Power Bars Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Cinnamon Raisin.

Brownies Energy Brownies n Bars !  Everyone needs a treat now and then!  Peppermint Brownies or Expresso Brownies. Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!

I do  request pre-orders by COB Friday, so I know how much to make and minimize environmental waste.
