Lovely Lentil Soup! Not yet a fan of the lentil bean? Trust me, you’ll like this. Gluten-free, yet filling and fantastic; just not blinged out like those other trendy soups. It has all the veggies you want and plenty of flavor (no curry). Our generous serving is about 180 calories.
Oriental Slaw! It’s raw, with a delicate sesame dressing. Cabbage is mixed with green onion, carrots, bean sprouts, toasted sesame seeds, almonds, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro. A nice low-calorie side or snack at 80 calories per serving.
California Tortilla Soup! The flavorful brothy soup includes zucchini, celery, carrot, onion, bell pepper, diced tomato,and cilantro to give you the perfect taste-bud experience without the calories! We include a bit of chicken, and a side of corn tortilla crumbles. About 190 cals/serving with the tortilla!
Quinoa with Nuts and Pomegranate! Perfect blend of taste with super nutrition! Quinoa is the only plant protein source that contains all essential amino acids! You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50! Order by Saturday!
Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Pumpkin Spice or Almond Cherry.
