African Yam n Kale African Yam & Kale Soup!  This soup has a wonderful ethnic feel to it. Brothy with a bit of chili powder, garlic, curry, and yellow miso paste and brown rice.   About 150 cals per serving.

amish slaw Amish Slaw!  This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an outstanding marinade!  (less than 90 calories per serving)

Hot n Sour Soup Hot n Sour Soup!  Asian flavors…a little hot, a little sour. Flavors include:  ginger, garlic, mushrooms, bok choy, bamboo shoots, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, and cilantro.  This soup is great for calorie-consciousness people at only 90 calories per serving.

  Mediterranean Lentils Mediterranean Lentils! Another favorite with lots of flavor and fiber.  A great source of protein from the lentils and garnished with carrots, parsley, bell pepper, red onion, and tons of spices.  Each serving is about 16 grams of protein, 15 grams of fiber and about 190 cals.

Bruschetta Breadless Bruschetta!  This doesn’t come around too often, so seize the moment.  Our fresh bruschetta is made with diced tomatoes in garlic, olive oil, basil, and capers!  Of course, we won’t tell if you spread it on a baguette with mozzarella cheese. Includes a few zucchini dippers.  Only about 80 calories/serving.

YUMMY WRAPS!  This week, try our tasty and healthy Roasted Veggies Wrap. We will season- roast zucchini, bell pepper, onion, garlic, carrots, and a bit of olive, with  peppery Bulgar and romaine.  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!!

      • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
      • Chicken Option!!  Add fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Mexican Salad Mexican Green Salad!   Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: black beans, tomato, red onion, avocado slice, pineapple, Pepitos, jalapeno, and jicama, with a home-made lime-cilantro dressing. (less than 220 calories/container).  ADD fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 if requested by Saturday!

 

Handcrafted Power BarsHand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Lemon or Pumpkin Spice

Brownies Energy Brownies n Bars !  Everyone needs a treat now and then!  Peppermint Brownies or Expresso Brownies. Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
