Red Lentil Soup! Filled with curry and coconut flavors with butternut squash, mushrooms and super taste! It will put a smile on your face and another smile in your tummy. This hearty soup is about 280 calories, yet still very nutritious and health-ful.
Greek Orzo Side! Everyone loved this, so give it a try! All things fresh, flavorful and filling! It’s an orzo (grain base), then filled with artichoke hearts, chickpeas, lemon, oregano, olives, feta, parsley, red onion, red pepper (or tomato) and cucumber. Don’t be scared at the 200 calories, just savor and realize its a meal!
Spicy Hummus w/ Celery Stix! Hand-crafted never tasted better. Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of spice (jalepeno, red pepper, chipolte) and chickpeas. Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.
This week, try our tasty and healthy Teriyaki Wrap! Includes: brown rice, pineapple, green onion, jicama, roasted red pepper all rolled in a bed of romaine and flour tortilla. We provide a side of teriyaki dipping sauce. About 220 calories per serving! Can request specials if ordered by Saturday!
Italian Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad includes: tomato, red onion, garbanzo beans, pepperchinis, basil/bell pepper, celery, and olives in a bed or romaine w/ a homemade Italian dressing (less than 250 calories/container).
Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available, Almond/Cherry and Lemon.
Energy Brownies n Bars ! Everyone needs a treat now and then! Chili Brownies or Pecan Blondies. Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
