Tomato Bisque Tomato n Basil Bisque!  We use fresh tomatoes to blend an incredible tomato bisque, complete with onion, carrot, garlic basil and a bit of cream. Good warm or cold.  Let me know what you think!.

Herby Chickpea Herby Parmesan Chickpeas!   So much flavor wrapped around a bean, including, lemon, basil, parsley, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese.  Kinda nutty, tart, and healthy! Beans are dense in calories but filled with good fiber, protein, and nutrition.  Don’t be scared at the 250 calories, just savor and realize its a meal! 

 

 
greek lemon soup Greek Lemon Soup!    It’s got that greek thing going on… lots of lemon in a chicken broth base.  We will add some orzo, veggies and egg yolk (for richness).  A favorite of many soupers! Only 125 calories per serving!

  Collards Italian Collards!  Best served warm. It’s hearty, flavorful and oooo so good for you.  Collards simmered with onions, tomatoes, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and more. Contains a bit of bacon fat for that rich taste.  VEGAN version available if requested by Saturday. About 130 calories per serving.


Sesame Hummus!
  Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, with an splash of sesame oil to intensify the flavor! Served with a stack of celery sticks.  A very healthful and fulfilling snack or meal!

ceasor bowls YUMMY WRAPS!  Tex-Mex Wrap  T asty and healthy.  Lots of corn,/black bean, queso cotija, red onion, roasted red pepper, jalepeno, tex-mex seasoned couscous and romaine lettuce.

    • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
    • Chicken Option!!  Add fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Spring Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: tomato, green onion, snap peas, blueberries, corn, basil/bell pepper, and carrots in a bed or romaine w/ a light sesame dressing  (less than 250 calories/container).


Handcrafted Power BarsHand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available Banana-Berry or Almond – Cherry.

Brownies Energy Brownies n Bars !  Everyone needs a treat now and then!  Chili Brownies or Expresso Brownies. Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
