Roasted Beet Salad with Dill This a lovely side dish that can be served cold or warm. We supply a tart dressing super-flavored with dill and mix it with beautiful deep red beets, sweet onion and a sprinkle of toasted walnuts. Great alone or on a bed of greens. About 130 calories per serving.
Fresh Apple Slaw! This sweet-spicy slaw has no dairy, but instead fills the senses with sweet-tart vinaigrette, apples, broccoli slaw, dried cherries and toasted walnuts. This is really delicious! About 125 cals/per serving.
Tzatziki Dip! Big and bold Greek yogurt-based dip! I promise this will taste fresher than ANY store-bought version. Cucumber, lemon, dill, mint in a yogurt-based dip! YUMMY! We have the celery to dip with!
This week, try our tasty and healthy Italiano Wrap! All the flavor and mindful of the calories..we bring you a zesty meal. A sprinkle of dry salami, couscous, black olive, pepperccini, red onion, basil and romaine. Can request No Salami if ordered by Saturday for next week.
Lizzy Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad includes: avocado slice, fresh sugar peas, toasted almonds, olives, celery, raisin, green onion, and cucumber w/ a homemade french vinaigrette. You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday).
Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available, Peanut-Toffee or Banana-Berry.
Energy Brownies n Bars ! Everyone needs a treat now and then! Chili Brownies or Expresso Brownies. Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
