Roasted Fennel/Cauliflower Roasted Cauliflower n Fennel Bisque! This smooth, soothing soup will not only warm your taste buds, it will cure your gastro ailments.  Fennel provides an excellent source of potassium, vitamin C, and fiber. In addition, herbalists refer to fennel as an intestinal antispasmodic that relieves intestinal spasms or cramps. This is a vegan, low-calorie, delicious meal!  About 160 cals per serving.

Quinoa Quinoa Delight! Perfect blend of taste with super nutrition!  Quinoa is the only plant protein source that contains all essential amino acids!  Perfect for the vegan and their friends!  Quinoa is not a grain; it’s a seed from the chard family.  This side includes fresh scallions, parsley and mint, with almonds and currants, blended in a limey dressing dressing.  About 180 cals per serving


Minestrone Soup Minestrone Soup! Fresh, flavorful and a favorite of many of our Soup Group.  Includes zucchini, tomato, kidney beans, fresh basil, and ditalini pasta, Less than 150 calories per serving.




sesame green beans   Sesame Green Beans!  Can be served cold or hot, and best when eaten with your fingers. Fresh green beans, blanched and combined with a soy-dressing and sesame seeds!   Super low-calorie (less than 80 cals/serving) makes this a sin-less side dish.





Yogurt Dijon Yogurt-Dijon Dip! Healthy non-fat greek yogurt blends with some mustardy flavors in a unique way to … POW ya!  We provide some celery stix to dip and savor!  Something different, so let’s try it!  Only about 60 calories/serving.

Burrito Wrap/Bowl Mexican Burrito  Wrap/Bowl! 

This week, try our tasty and healthy wraps or bowls! A spicy low-fat black beans with lots of flavor and our brown limey-cilantro rice, a bit of avocado, and romaine.  You even enjoy a dipper of salsa! Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty

Ceasar Green Salad!  Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: tomato, cucumber, Parmesan cheese, green peas, red onion, and croutons (on the side), (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!  


Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day.
