Split Pea n Ham Split Pea w/ Ham Soup!

Another personal favorite of many!  We make it creamy and smokey, just like Mom made it!  Did you know that split peas have the following health benefits, high fiber, lowers cholesterol, and high in potassium. About 180 cal/serving

 

 

Calico Veggie Veggie Calico Salad!  This is a raw zucchini salad with black beans, corn, bell pepper, green onions, herbs, and a little avocado.  All coated with a zippy limey dressing. Colorful and good for you! About 100 calories per serving due to the healthy fats in the avocado!
 

 

 

 

  Grandma’s Cabbage Soup!   You know this if you have ever treated yourself to cabbage soup when you’ve been sick, or on a cleanse.  It has souper powers!   Let us serve you with a veggie brothy soup with cabbage, tomatoCabbage Soup, celery, onion, garlic, and herbs.  Less than 90 calories per serving!

Springtime Green Salad! 
Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: Apples, blueberries, walnuts, celery, bell pepper with parsley, tomatoes, and green onion with a home-made Honey Dijon dressing.   (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!  

 

 

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. I do  request pre-orders by COB Friday, so I know how much to make and minimize environmental waste.
