Mulligatawny Soup
Mulligatawny Soup! This is an Indian-based recipe and a favorite of many! Ingredients include chick peas, brown rice, apple, grated carrot, celery, green pepper, spinach, and Indian spices. Includes very  limited dairy. About 200 cals/serving.
 

 

 

 

 

Cuban Black BeansCuban Black Bean Side!  A delicious side with lots of fiber, flavor and protein. Black beans and corn with pineapple, peppers,  green and red onion, and lots of mex flavors!  A great stand alone, side or salad topper! About 170 calories for our big serving.

 

 

 

 

bean n greens Bean n Greens Soup!  This is a perfect balanced soup, that will fill your soul for breakfast as well as the other meals.  Deep balanced flavors of  spinach, kale, fire roasted tomatoes, white beans, leeks, and seasoned with fresh rosemary, thyme and just a bit of heat of Serrano chili.  All in about 180 cals/serving
 

 

 

 

 

Tomato Cucumber BissTomato Cucumber Bliss!  This is one of my favorites for FRESH and FLAVORFUL!  Similar to a Capri Salad without the diary.  This delight includes tomatoes,  cucumber, red onion, chopped basil and parsley, marinated in a sweet n tart vinaigrette and a peppercini topper.  Less than 100 cals/serving.

 

 

Spicy Hummus  w/ Celery Stix!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of spice (jalepeno, red pepper, chipolte) and chickpeas.  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy..

 

Tex-Mex Wrap/Bowl!  Includes:  Fresh couscous with lots of corn, black beans, queso cotija, red onion, roasted red pepper, jalepeno, tomaine lettuce, and tex-mex seasonings wrapped in a flour tortilla.Can request specials if ordered by Saturday!

Tuna Salad Tuna Salad – w/ Greens!
Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: a traditional favorite!  A protein-rich big scoop (over 4 oz) of our flavorful tuna salad surrounded by romaine and cucumber circles, celery, carrots, and radishes. (less than 250 calories/container).
 

 

 

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Lemon.

Brownies Energy Brownies n Bars !  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
