Celery Bisque
Celery Bisque!  Simple classic flavors that should be savored!  We blend leeks, celery and potato, into a smooth gratifying puree and lace with creme friache,  lemon, and a touch of cayenne.  Let it fill your taste buds.  About 200 cals per serving.  No parsley, as pictured.

3 bean + Salad  Three Plus Bean Salad!  Our bean salad includes green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, wax beans,  corn, white and green onion, in a sweet n tart dressing. Would be an excellent stand-alone side or a great topper for your green salad!  About 150 calories per serving.

How about some hearty, un-beefy Rich Barley w/ Shrooms Soup.  It’s vegetarian but will have the savory rich taste that belongs with barley and mushrooms.  What more can we say?

Copper Pennies Copper Pennies!  This is a personal family recipe from our mid-west family.  Coin-diced carrots, with onion and pepper, then pickled in a savory-secret blend. Thank you Grandma!  These gems keep for a long time, so you can store and enjoy for more than a week. Less than 100 calories/serving.

White Bean Dip White Bean Dip NEW!!!   Simply delicious!  Lemony-garikly white beans with fresh parsley, all blended into a smooth dip!  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy..

Rosemary Wrap Rosemary Wrap/Bowl!  Includes:  lemon zesty couscous, rosemary, roasted red pepper, red onion, celery, and cucumber rolled with crunchy romaine. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

  • Low-carb Option!! Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!
  AND/OR,
  • Roasted Chicken Option!!  Add 42 g of  fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Lite Green Salad!
Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: toasted almonds, dried cranberries, carrots,  green onion w/ parsley, cucumber, corn, and alphafa sprouts with a light sesame dressing (less than 250 calories/container).

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Lemon and Cherry-Almond.
