Italian Soup Zesty Italian Sausage n Veggie Soup!  It’s got an Italian zip, with more!  Full of flavor with lean sausage, zucchini, spinach, kidney beans, etc.  Kinda like a soup version of a pizza without the cheese or extra calories!




Peach Barley Peach & Walnut Barley. So glad its becoming peach season.  We all love this!  A fresh salad that gets a welcome crunch from walnuts and the fiber-filled barley and the fresh sweetness of peaches!  Includes extra flavor from parsley, red pepper, citrus and chili powder.  No Feta this time. About 150 cals/serving.






Black Bean Soup Aztec Black Bean Soup NEW!!!  Something filling and flavorful!  Slightly spicy with green chilis and jelapenos and a blend of spices.  We keep it vegetarian and low-cal, so add you own dollop of sour cream if you want to make it super yummy!  Approx.  240 calories. 






No Mayo Coleslaw   No-Mayo (Amish) Coleslaw!  This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an outstanding marinade!  (less than 90 calories per serving)



Garliky Hummus  w/ Celery Stix!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of healing garlic blended in our famous hummus  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

  • Roasted Chicken Option!!  Add 35 g of  fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Caprese Green Salad Caprese Green Salad NEW!!
Making a special offering this week , including slices of soft mozzarella cheese, ripe tomato, cucumber, red onion, with fresh basil, olives, and a slice of lemon atop a bed of romaine.  Includes a simple balsamic vinegar/olive oil dressing.  (less than 280 calories/container). You can ADD 64 g of chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday).  Please note that the salad may not appear like the image.


Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available Pumpkin-Spice or Date-Nut.

Brownies Energy Brownies n Bars !  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
