Gaspacho Cool Gaspacho!!  This is a perfect hot-weather meal!  So fresh with cucumber, celery, tomato, parsley, pepper and a fresh spicy kick! Can be served cold or warm. Some accents of  avocado provided in soup while supplies last! Did I mention this is the perfect low-calorie meal?   Our generous serving is only 90 calories.TIP: pour some of this in your big-mouthed water bottle and enjoy while you cycle or workout!  Many of my clients use this as their energy drink!!

Curry Veggie Soup Curried Veggie Soup!  We use the highest quality curry blend in this vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, spinach and hints of ginger and peanut. I think it’s my favorite soup. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving).

Summer Minestrone Soup! Fresh, flavorful and a favorite of many of our Soup Group.  Includes zucchini, tomato, kidney beans, fresh basil, and ditalini pasta, Less than 150 calories per serving.


Beet Salad with Dill!  This a lovely side dish that can be Beets n Dill served cold or warm.  We supply a balanced oil/vinegar dressing super-flavored with dill and mix it with beautiful deep red beets, sweet onion and a sprinkle of toasted walnuts. Great alone or on a bed of greens.   About 130 calories per serving.
