Holy Kale Slaw! Kale never tasted so good! We combine finely chopped kale with a delicious sweet-spicy-nutty-balsamic dressing. Topped with a few almonds and sesame seeds. You’ll want more than one serving of this healthy side!! About 150 cals per serving.
Healthy French Onion Soup! An amazing classic onion soup with a rich beef broth with sherry, but no fatty cheese. Will provide crouton topper. Super fresh and light for this time of year. Can be served cold or hot. Only 100 calories and filled with flavor… let’s try it!
Herby Parmesan Chickpeas! So much flavor wrapped around a bean, including, lemon, basil, parsley, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Kinda nutty, tart, and healthy! Beans are dense in calories but filled with good fiber, protein, and nutrition. Don’t be scared at the 250 calories, just savor and realize its a meal!
Red Pepper Dip w/ Zucchini! Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and roasted red pepper with blended chickpeas! Served with a stack of zucchini, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy
Tex-Mex Wrap/Bowl! Includes: lots of corn,/black bean, queso cotija, red onion, roasted red pepper, jalepeno, tex-mex seasoned couscous and romaine lettuce.
Best-Ever Tuna Salad!! This week’s salad includes: a traditional favorite! A protein-rich big scoop (over 4 oz) of our flavorful tuna salad surrounded by romaine and cucumber circles, celery, carrots, and tomatoes. (less than 250 calories/container)..
Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Apricot-Pecan or Lemon.
