Hot n Sour Soup Hot n Sour Soup!  Asian flavors…a little hot, a little sour. Flavors include:  ginger, garlic, mushrooms, bok choy, bamboo shoots, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, and cilantro.  This soup is great for calorie-consciousness people at only 90 calories per serving.
 

 

 

 

Karmic Karrots    Karmic Carrots Thinly sliced blanched carrots is the magic in this side dish.  Add some sweetness and some savory spices, including cinnamon, parsley, and cumin, and you may transform metaphysically! Each serving is less the 100 calories.

 

 

 

Lentil Soup Lovely Lentil Soup! Gluten-free, yet filling and fantastic; just not blinged-out like those other trendy soups.  It has all the veggies you want and plenty of flavor (no curry).  Our generous serving is about 180 calories.

 

 

 

Apple Slaw     Apple Slaw!  This sweet-spicy slaw has no dairy, but instead fills the senses with sweet-tart vinaigrette, apples, broccoli slaw, dried cherries and toasted walnuts.  This is really delicious!  About 125 cals/per serving.

 

 

Black Bean Dip  Spicy Black Bean Dip! A creamy healthy bean dip with red onion, tomato, garlic, cumin and Jalepeno chili. It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy. Served with celery sticks.

Veggie Green Salad!
Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: jicama, zucchini, snap peas, mushroom, tomato, red onion, parsley,  and celery with a homemade Italian dressing.  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!  Order by Saturday!

 

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Lemon or Cinnamon Raisin

Brownies Energy Brownies n Bars !  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!

I do  request pre-orders by COB Friday, so I know how much to make and minimize environmental waste.
