Tortilla Soup Chicken Tortilla Soup! The flavorful brothy soup includes zucchini, celery, carrot, onion, bell pepper, diced tomato,and cilantro to give you the perfect taste-bud experience without the calories!  We include a bit of chicken, and a side of corn tortilla crumbles.   About 190 cals/serving with the tortilla!.

Calico Veggies    Calico Veggies!  This is a raw zucchini salad with black beans, corn, bell pepper, green onions and a little avocado.  All coated with a zippy limey dressing. Colorful and good for you! About 100 calories per serving due to the healthy fats in the avocado!.

 

Yam n Kale Soup Yam & Kale Soup!  This soup has a wonderful ethnic feel to it. Brothy with a bit of chili powder, garlic, and curry and brown rice.   About 150 cals per serving.

Marinated Cucumbers     Marinated Cucumbers!  Simple, refreshing, and will last for a long time (but I bet you gobble it up before that). This is something my Grandma served up during most Sunday suppers. Sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a home-made sweetened vinegar dressing.  They’ll get marinated and a bit pickled and oh so tasty. Excellent for nibbling when the hunger or mood strikes.  And, the the calories are less than 80 cals a serving, so it hardly counts!
White Bean Dip White Bean Dip!  Lemony-garikly white beans with fresh parsley, all blended into a smooth dip!  Served with a stack of carrots, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Rosemary Wrap Rosemary Wrap! We include lemon zesty couscous, rosemary, roasted red pepper, red onion, celery, and cucumber rolled with crunchy romaine. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

  • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
          • Chicken Option!!  Add fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

 

Chinese Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: water chestnut, Mandarin orange, toasted almonds,  green onion, snow pea, bell pepper, carrot, and alfalfa sprouts, with a sesame dressing (less than 220 calories/ container). You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday).

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Banana-Berry.

Brownies Energy Brownies n Bars !  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
