Red Lentil Soup Red Lentil Soup! Filled with curry and coconut flavors with butternut squash, yams, mushrooms and super taste! It will put a smile on your face and another smile in your tummy. This hearty soup is about 280 calories, yet still very nutritious and health-ful.

Beet Salad with Dill!
  This a lovely side dish that can be served cold or warm.  We supply a balanced oil/vinegar dressing super-flavored with dill and mix it with beautiful deep red beets, sweet onion and a sprinkle of toasted walnuts. Great alone or on a bed of greens.   About 130 calories per serving.
Tex-Mex Soup Tex-Mex Soup! A vegetarian southwest soup with surprising flavors:    jalapeno, black beans, bell pepper, corn, and onion, in a pumpkin puree.  Many say its super! (about 220 cals/serving, but provides tons of fiber and plant protein).
Dilly Garbanzo n Bulgar    Dilly Bulgur n Garbanzos!  So fresh and filling.  We start with coarse bulgar and garbanzos, then add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper, lots of dill, and a balsamic dressing. About 200 cals/serving
Chipolte Dip  Chipolte Bean Dip!  Simply delicious! Lemon, garlic, chipolte, cumin, cilantro, and pinto beans.  Perfect balance of spicy, heat, sweet and healthy!  Served with a stack of cucumbers, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Buffalo “Wing” Wrap! We include spicy couscous, bell pepper, red onion celery, romaine and a touch of blue cheese!   We will include a hot dipping sauce if you need a bit more heat!  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

  • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
  • Chicken Option!!  Add fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: corn, tomato, radish, celery, raisins, zucchini, carrots, and red onion, with a ranch dressing (less than 220 calories/ container). You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday).

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Banana-Berry and Cherry-Almond.

Brownies Energy Brownies n Bars !  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!

I do  request pre-orders by COB Friday, so I know how much to make and minimize environmental waste.
