Spicy Sweet Potato SoupSpicy Sweet Potato Soup!  A very different taste with so many healing spices!  This brothy soup is quite exotic with sliced sweet potatoes, tomatoes, coriander, cumin seed, turmeric, and fresh ginger.  (Only 100 calories/serving).

Copper Pennies Copper Pennies!  This is a personal family recipe from our mid-west family.  Coin-diced carrots, with onion and pepper, then pickled in a savory-secret blend. Thank you Grandma!  These gems keep for a long time, so you can store and enjoy for more than a week. Less than 100 calories/serving.

 

Brocolli Floret Soup Broccoli Floret Soup!  Did you know that broccoli is a great source of calcium and protein?    This soup is creamy without any dairy.  The surprise is the broccoli remains in florets instead of being pureed.  It has greens, celery, garlic, and herb tastes with broccoli florets.  A serving is about 150 calories with 8 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber.

  
 Oriental SlawOriental Slaw! It’s raw, with a delicate sesame dressing. Cabbage is mixed with green onion, carrots, bean sprouts, toasted sesame seeds, almonds, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro. A nice low-calorie side or snack at 80 calories per serving.
 greek cucumber dipTzatziki Dip!  Big and bold  Greek yogurt-based dip!   I promise this will taste fresher than ANY store-bought version.  Cucumber, lemon, dill, mint in a yogurt-based dip!  YUMMY!  We have the celery to dip with!

Parmesan WrapParmesan Wrap/Bowl!. A healthier version of this zesty classic. Greek Green Salad!  Our big green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: tomato, cucumber, Feta cheese, red onion, bell pepper, and Tapenade (chopped olive/garlic/lemon), with an Oregano vinaigrette.  (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Banana-Berry and Date-Nut.

Brownies Energy Brownies n Bars !  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
