Bean n Greans Soup
Bean n Greens Soup!
  This is a perfect balanced soup, that will fill your soul for breakfast as well as the other meals.  Deep balanced flavors of  spinach, kale, fire roasted tomatoes, white beans, and seasoned with fresh rosemary, thyme and just a bit of heat of Serrano chili.  All in about 180 cals/serving

Mediterranean LentilsMediterranean Lentils! Another favorite with lots of flavor and fiber.  A great source of protein from the lentils and garnished with carrots, parsley, bell pepper, red onion, and tons of spices.  Each serving is about 16 grams of protein, 15 grams of fiber and about 190 cals.


Carrot Ginger Bisque Carrot n Ginger Bisque! This is a favorite of mine! Simple, smooth, and delicious! Carrots, cream, zippy ginger, and sweetened with caramelized onion. This includes dairy, but I promise to keep it light!  A great source of beta-carotene and better than ice cream!.  Only 125 calories per serving!.

Tomato Cucumbers   Tomato Cucumber Bliss!  This is one of my favorites for FRESH and FLAVORFUL!  Similar to a Capri Salad without the diary.  This delight includes tomatoes,  cucumber, red onion, chopped basil and parsley, marinated in a sweet n tart vinaigrette and a peppercini topper.  Less than 100 cals/serving.
Hertby Sun-dried Tomato   Herb n Sun-dried Tomato White Bean Dip!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  White beans with lemon, rosemary, sage and sun-dried tomatoes. Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy (about 250 calories/container).

Curry Wrap/Bowl!  Includes:  with lemony couscous, roasted pepper, cucumber, red onions, and apple.  Will include a sweet curry/yogurt dipper, but can substitute ranch dressing upon request.

    • Low-carb Option!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
    • Chicken Option!  Add fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Italiano Salad Italian Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: kidney beans, olives, pepperchinis, carrots, red onion w/ parsley, celery, and artichoke hearts, with a home-made Italian dressing  (less than 250 calories/container). You can ADD 64 g of chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday).  Note: Photo not representative of salad ingredients.

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Date-Nut and Peanut-Toffee.

Brownies Energy Brownies!  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
