Barley n Shrooms
How about some hearty, un-beefy Rich Barley w/ Shrooms Soup.  It’s vegetarian but will have the savory rich taste that belongs with barley and mushrooms.  What more can we say?

No-Mayo Coleslaw No-Mayo (Amish) Coleslaw!  This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an outstanding marinade!  (less than 90 calories per serving)


Tuscan Eggplant Tuscan Eggplant Soup!  Another Chef Shafer recipe! Let’s savor it together.  Soup includes many savory flavors including roasted eggplant, mushrooms, white beans, tomato, olives and fresh basil.  yumm yumm.  Calories equal 210 per serving.!

Black Bean Side   Cuban Black Bean Side!  A delicious side with lots of fiber, flavor and protein. Black beans and corn with pineapple, peppers,  green and red onion, and lots of mex flavors!  A great stand alone, side or salad topper! About 170 calories for our big serving.
Roasted Garlic Hummus  Hand-crafted never tasted better and it will keep the vampires away.   Lemon, garlic, tahini, and chickpeas.  Served with a stack of carrots, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy..
Ceasor Bowl Ceasar Wrap/Bowl!  Includes: lemony-couscous, green peas, red onion, tomato, and Parmesan cheese, all rolled in a bed of romaine and flour tortilla.  We provide a side of tasty Caesar dipping sauce. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

    • Low-carb Option!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
    • Chicken Option!  Add fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Tuna Salad Tuna Salad – w/ Greens! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: a traditional favorite!  A protein-rich big scoop (over 4 oz) of our flavorful tuna salad surrounded by romaine and cucumber circles, celery, carrots, and tomatos. (less than 250 calories/container).

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Peanut-Toffee and Date-Nut.

Brownies Energy Brownies!  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
