Mulligatawny Mulligatawny Soup! This is an Indian-based recipe and a favorite of many! Ingredients include chick peas, brown rice, apple, grated carrot, celery, green pepper, spinach, and Indian spices. Includes very  limited dairy. About 200 cals/serving.

 

 

 

 

Holy Kale Slaw!  Kale never tasted so good!  We combine finely chopped kale with a delicious sweet-spicy-nutty-tahini dressing. Topped with a few almonds and sesame seeds. You’ll want more than one serving of this healthy side!!  About 150 cals per serving.

Simply Veggie Soup Simply Veggie Soup!  I suggest ordering by the quart, because it’s that yummy and a great solution for breakfast, a snack, or lunch/dinner.  Only about 95 calories per serving!  Yet, it’s filled with flavors from onions, carrots, celery, roasted sweet potato & butternut squash, rutabaga, onion, greens, corn, tomatoes, etc.

Italian Collards Italian Collards!  Best served warm. It’s hearty, flavorful and oooo so good for you.  Collards simmered with onions, tomatoes, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and more. Contains a bit of bacon for that rich taste.   About 130 calories per serving.

Barley n Greens Soup! Tbarleygreens2his is my favorite soup.  I literally lick the bowl with this herby, lemony, textury, nutritious, low-calorie soup.  Trust me, you’ll like it too!  It has spinach, kale, chard, and barley, flavored with green onion, dill, mint, fennel fronds and lemon, in a vegetable broth.  We include a Feta cheese topper.   Can be customized with NO FETA TOPPER if requested by Saturday.  Only 140 calories/serving.

Greek Orzo Greek Orzo Side!  All things fresh, flavorful and filling!   It’s an orzo (grain base), then filled with artichoke hearts, chickpeas, lemon, oregano, olives, feta, parsley, red onion, red pepper and cucumber. Don’t be scared at the 200 calories, just savor and realize its a meal!

  Tomato-Basil Bisque Tomato n Basil Bisque!  We use fresh tomatoes to blend an incredible tomato bisque, complete with onion, carrot, garlic basil and a bit of cream. Good warm or cold.  Let me know what you think!.
