French Onion Soup Healthy French Onion Soup!  An amazing classic onion soup with a rich beef broth with sherry, but no fatty cheese. Will provide crouton topper.   Super fresh and light for this time of year. Can be served cold or hot.  Only 100 calories and filled with flavor… let’s try it!

Minty Green Beans Minty Jalepeno Green Beans!  Bright and spicey! Just-tender fresh green beans flavored with garlic, jalapeno, mint and lemon. Let’s try it!    It’s about 80 calories per serving

   

Potato Corn Chowder Corn & Potato Chowder! This chowder needs NO meat; just potato, corn, onions, bell pepper, parsley and perfect seasonings.  It has a touch of heat and eastern seaboard seasonings. This soup includes limited dairy. It’s well worth the 250 calories/serving.


  Kale n Beans Kale n Bean Decadence! This has everything you need to love.  Healthy kale and beans, braised with BACON , onions, garlic, and other seasonings.  Basically… we have added some healthy leafy veggies and legumes to make decadent cuisine sinless.   About 200/serving

Spicy Indian Bean Dip!  Made of  beans, tahini, mint, cardamon, cumin, and chili seeds.  Its flavorful and low calorie!!!. Served with celery sticks!  It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy.

  Includes:  sesamy couscous with shredded cabbage/carrots, bean sprouts, bell pepper, and green onions,  We provide an orange-ginger dipping sauce on the side. Less than 320 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

Cari Green Salad!   Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: pecans, carrots, green peas, mushrooms, red onion, radish and celery with a home-made country French vinaigrette. (less than 220 calories/container).  ADD fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 if requested by Saturday!

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available Lemon and Pumpkin-Spice.

Brownies Energy Brownies!  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!

I do  request pre-orders by COB Friday, so I know how much to make and minimize environmental waste.
