Barley n Greens Soup! Tbarleygreens2his is my favorite soup.  I literally lick the bowl with this herby, lemony, textury, nutritious, low-calorie soup.  Trust me, you’ll like it too!  It has spinach, kale, chard, and barley, flavored with green onion, dill, mint, fennel fronds and lemon, in a vegetable broth.  We include a Feta cheese topper.   Can be customized with NO FETA TOPPER if requested by Saturday.  Only 140 calories/serving.

Greek Orzo Greek Orzo Side!  All things fresh, flavorful and filling!   It’s an orzo (grain base), then filled with artichoke hearts, chickpeas, lemon, oregano, olives, feta, parsley, red onion, red pepper and cucumber. Don’t be scared at the 200 calories, just savor and realize its a meal!

Tomato-Basil Bisque Tomato n Basil Bisque!  We use fresh tomatoes to blend an incredible tomato bisque, complete with onion, carrot, garlic basil and a bit of cream. Good warm or cold.  Let me know what you think!.

Dilly Beet n Dill Roasted Beets!  This a lovely side dish that can be served cold or warm.  We supply a tart dressing super-flavored with dill and mix it with beautiful deep red beets, sweet onion and a sprinkle of toasted walnuts. Great alone or on a bed of greens.   About 130 calories per serving.

Yogurt-Dijon Dip! Healthy non-fat greek yogurt blends with some mustardy flavors in a unique way to … POW ya!  We provide some celery stix to dip and savor!  Something different, so let’s try it!  Only about 60 calories/serving.

   Holiday Wrap

Holiday Stuffin Bowl/Wrap!   Our “stuffin”  will be akin to turkey bread stuffing, but made from a coarse whole/grain bulgar.  Mixed with sauteed green n white onion, celery, dried cranberries and seasonings.  Roasted TURKEY breast upon request (see below)! All rolled up with crunchy romaine and a flour tortilla.  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

    • Low-carb Option!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
    • Turkey Option!  Add fresh roasted Turkey if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Festive Green Salads Tasty Green Salad!   Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: apple, celery, bell pepper, cucumber, dried cranberries, carrots and a bit of toasted walnuts, with a home-made Honey Mustard dressing. (less than 220 calories/container).  ADD fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 if requested by Saturday!

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available Lemon and Pumpkin-Spice.

Brownies Energy Brownies!  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
