Mulligatawny Mulligatawny Soup! This is an Indian-based recipe and a favorite of many! Ingredients include chick peas, brown rice, apple, grated carrot, celery, green pepper, spinach, and Indian spices. Includes very  limited dairy. About 200 cals/serving.

 

 

 

 

Holy Kale Slaw!  Kale never tasted so good!  We combine finely chopped kale with a delicious sweet-spicy-nutty-tahini dressing. Topped with a few almonds and sesame seeds. You’ll want more than one serving of this healthy side!!  About 150 cals per serving.

 

 

 

 

Split Pea SoupSplit Pea Soup!  We make it thick and smokey (with chipolte) for a vegetarian version of this favorite Fall soup.  Did you know that split peas have the following health benefits, high fiber, lowers cholesterol, and high in potassium. About 180 cal/serving

  Sweet-and-Sour Sauerkraut!  You say you don’t LOVE sauerkraut?  Did you know how beneficial fermented foods are?  No?  Then, go Google it and decide for yourself.  Instead of Kim-chi, we make this turbo-charged side dish with sauerkraut, tomatoes, allspice, cumin, onion and garlic which makes it unique and yummy.  Less than 100 cals/serving.

Sesame Hummus Sesame Hummus w/ Stix! Home-made and delicious hummus with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds !  Served with a stack of celery stix, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.


Mediterranean Wrap Mediterranean Bowl/Wrap!
  with fine lemony-mint couscous, red onion, olive, hummus, sun dried tomato, cucumber, and crunchy romaine. CAN REQUEST FETA CHEESE  IF ORDERED BY SAT.  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

    • Low-carb Option!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
    • Chicken Option!  Add fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

 

 

Italian Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  tomato, red onion, kidney beans, celery, Parmensan cheese, olives, pepperchinis, with a home-made Italian vinaigrette.  (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday).

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Choco-Nut and Apricot-Pecan.

 

 

Brownies Energy Brownies!  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!

I do  request pre-orders by COB Friday, so I know how much to make and minimize environmental waste.
