Cabbage Soup Grandma’s Cabbage Soup!   You know this if you have ever treated yourself to cabbage soup when you’ve been sick, or on a cleanse.  It has souper powers!   Let us serve you with a veggie brothy soup with cabbage, tomato, celery, onion, garlic, and herbs.  Less than 90 calories per serving!

Copper Pennies! This is a personal family recipe from our mid-west family.  Coin-diced carrots, with onion and pepper, then pickled in a savory-secret blend. Thank you Grandma!  These gems keep for a long time, so you can store and enjoy for more than a week. Less than 100 calories/serving.

Fennel n Cauliflower Soup Roasted Fennel n Cauliflower Bisque! This smooth, soothing soup will not only warm your taste buds, it will cure your gastro ailments.  Fennel provides an excellent source of potassium, vitamin C, and fiber. In addition, herbalists refer to fennel as an intestinal antispasmodic that relieves intestinal spasms or cramps. This is a vegan, low-calorie, delicious meal!  About 160 cals per serving.

oriental slaw Oriental Slaw! It’s raw, with a delicate sesame dressing. Cabbage is mixed with green onion, carrots, bean sprouts, toasted sesame seeds, almonds, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro. A nice low-calorie side or snack at 80 calories per serving.

Carrot Bisque Carrot w/ Thyme Bisque! We get great feedback on this soup, so its thyme to offer it again!  A flavorful carrot bisque without any heavy cream!  Onion, leeks, garlic, carrots, and some butter. Fresh thyme and fennel give it a pizazz.

jicama slaw Jicama Slaw!   Refreshing and low-cal!  Nice and crunchy with refreshing flavors of lime, scallions, cracked pepper, and mint!  About 80 cals/serving.

Sun dried dip Herb n Sun-dried Tomato White Bean Dip!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Home-soaked white beans with lemon, rosemary, sage and sun-dried tomatoes. Hot n Sour Soup Hot n Sour Soup!  Asian flavors…a little hot, a little sour. Flavors include:  ginger, garlic, mushrooms, bok choy, bamboo shoots, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, and cilantro.  This soup is great for calorie-consciousness people at only 90 calories per serving

Smokey squash Smokey Black Bean n Squash   Spicy, nutritious, fresh.  We combine, roasted butternut squash, with walnuts, black beans, just a splash of Feta cheese (can request no cheese by Saturday) combined with an adobe/honey dressing.  YUM!  About 200 cals/serving due to the high density nutrients/fiber.

Peanut Soup African Peanut Soup NEW!!! Spicy n sweet!  BTW, I think this would be AWESOME with a mixture of the smokey black bean side offered this week!  Includes a flavorful puree with brown rice and peanuts. Calories are about 230.

Barley Vegetable Soup Barley-Veggie Soup!  You’ll feel so good after enjoying this soup. The taste alone is nice but the nutrition and super fiber content will make your body happy too.  Lots of veggies, lots of flavor; it’s that simply delicious. About 160 calories/serving..

Herby Parmesan Chickpeas Herby Parmesan Chickpeas!   So much flavor wrapped around a bean, including, lemon, basil, parsley, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese.  Kinda nutty, tart, and healthy!  Beans are dense in calories but filled with good fiber, protein, and nutrition.  Don’t be scared at the 250 calories, just savor and realize its a meal!
