Barley Vegetable Soup Barley-Veggie Soup!  You’ll feel so good after enjoying this soup. The taste alone is nice but the nutrition and super fiber content will make your body happy too.  Lots of veggies, lots of flavor; it’s that simply delicious. About 160 calories/serving..

Herby Parmesan Chickpeas Herby Parmesan Chickpeas!   So much flavor wrapped around a bean, including, lemon, basil, parsley, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese.  Kinda nutty, tart, and healthy!  Beans are dense in calories but filled with good fiber, protein, and nutrition.  Don’t be scared at the 250 calories, just savor and realize its a meal!

Potato Leek Soup Potato Leek Soup! So soothing, creamy and tasty … without any dairy.  We roast potatoes w/ skin and garlic, combine it with sauteed leeks, and a bit of corn.  Then we season it with parsley, thyme and marjoram. Semi-pureed this time.  Calories are about 180.

Sesame Green Beans  Sesame Green Beans!  Can be served cold or hot, and best when eaten with your fingers. Fresh green beans, blanched and combined with a soy-dressing and sesame seeds!   Super low-calorie (less than 80 cals/serving) makes this a sin-less side dish.

Black Bean Dip Spicy Black Bean Dip! A creamy healthy bean dip with red onion, tomato, garlic, cumin and Jalepeno chili. It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy. Served with cucumbers discs.


Mexi Burrito Mexi “Burrito”  Bowl/Wrap!
 This week, try our tasty and healthy wraps or bowls! A spicy low-fat black beans with lots of flavor and our brown limey-cilantro rice, a bit of avocado, and romaine.  You even enjoy a dipper of salsa!  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

    • Low-carb Option!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
    • Chicken Option!  Add fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Cari Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  tomato, red onion w/ basil, green peas, carrots, roasted Pecans, raisins, cucumber, with a home-made Smoked Paprika vinaigrette.  (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday).  (photo may not be representative of menu item).

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Cherry-Almond and Choco-Nut. 

Brownies Energy Brownies!  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!

I do  request pre-orders by COB Friday, so I know how much to make and minimize environmental waste.
