Turkey Barley Soup Healthy Turkey Soup NEW!!!  This is a better way to enjoy the festivities.   Let me do the work to cook down that lovely turkey into a blissful and healthy soup.  Home-made stock with yummy veggies, barley and turkey tid-bits.  It will feel like home, I promise!  Our generous serving is about 190 calories.

fall harvast side Fall Harvest Side!  We are bringing back this full flavored side dish for your seasonal enjoyment!  We bring together the flavors of roasted sweet potatoes, walnuts, celery, apples, raisins, and parsley with a flavorful citrus/ginger dressing. Packed with fiber and nutrients, about 190 cals/serving.

 

 

Tomatillo Soup Tomatillo Soup!  This is a vegan version of a traditional Posole. Slow-cooked tomatillos w/ hominy, a variety of chilies, diced tomatoes, cilantro, pepitos, and many flavors to provide a flavorful Mexican treat.  This dish would be excellent for breakfast served with a poached egg on top.

 

 

holy kale Holy Kale Slaw!  Kale never tasted so good!  We combine finely chopped kale with a delicious sweet-spicy-nutty-balsamic dressing. Topped with a few almonds and sesame seeds. You’ll want more than one serving of this healthy side!!  About 150 cals per serving.

 

 

Pomegranite Hummus Hummus w/ Pomegranate! Pomegranates are back in season for a limited time!  If you have never tried this middle-Eastern combo, ya just gotta try it!  Home-made and delicious hummus with a sprinkle of tart-sweet fresh Pomegranate!  Served with a stack of celery stix, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

 
Tex/Mex Wrap/Bowl!  Includes: Fresh couscous with lots of corn, black beans, queso cotija, red onion, roasted red pepper, jalapeno, romaine lettuce, and tex-mex seasonings;  About 320 calories per serving! Can request specials if ordered by Saturday!

    • Low-carb Option!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla   AND/OR,
    • Chicken Option!  Add fresh roasted chicken.  Only $1 extra!

 

Tuna SaladTuna Salad – w/ Greens! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: a traditional favorite!  A protein-rich big scoop (over 4 oz) of our flavorful tuna salad surrounded by romaine and cucumber circles, celery, carrots, and red onion. (less than 250 calories/container)

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available: Cinnamon-Raisin or Peanut Toffee.

 

 

Brownies Energy Brownies!  Everyone needs a treat now and then!     Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!
