Vegetarian Chili! A picture cannot do it justice… its about the aroma and blended flavors…many many flavors, some are even a secret.  But the result is a hint of sweet-then-spicy!  Ingredients include butternut squash, beans, diced tomatoes, mushroom, celery, cilantro, chipolte peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes.  And, its only 180 calories/serving with tons of fiber!

Dilly Bulgar Dilly Garbanzos!  So fresh and filling.  We start with coarse bulgar and garbanzos, then add fresh tomatoes, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper, lots of dill, and a balsamic dressing. About 200 cals/serving.

carrot date Carrot n Date Bisque!  Thank you Chef Shafer, of the Depot (downtown Torrance), for sharing this delightful treat. It’s sweet, light, tasty and creamy.  Let’s enjoy.  This will include a very small amount of dairy
 
Korean Bean Sprouts!  Very low calorie (less than 70 calories) and tasty with a light Asian flavor. Includes sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, slivered bell pepper, and of course, blanched bean sprouts.  I hope you enjoy it!

Bruschetta   Breadless Bruschetta!  This doesn’t come around too often, so seize the moment.  Our fresh bruschetta is made with diced tomatoes in garlic, olive oil, basil, and capers!  Of course, we won’t tell if you spread it on a baguette with mozzarella cheese. No dippers (as shown in photo)… it needs nothing devour!   Only about 80 calories/serving.

Curried Veggie Soup Curried Veggie Soup!  We use the highest quality curry blend in this vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, spinach and hints of ginger and peanut. I think it’s my favorite soup. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving).
