Brazilian Black Bean Soup!  Brazil (w/o the mosquitoes): warm but mild with a bit of exotic latin flavor in a hearty, healthy soup. And, I’m told it freezes well. This is a semi-pureed soup with a bit of garlic, cumin, carrots, coriander and laced with sherry and orange juice, and a bit of bacon crumbles! Calories are 200 per serving.

Best Coleslaw Best-Ever Coleslaw!  This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an outstanding marinade!  (less than 90 calories per serving)

Tomato Basil Bisque Tomato n Basil Bisque!  We use fresh tomatoes to blend an incredible chunky tomato bisque, complete with onion, carrot, garlic basil and a bit of cream. Good warm or cold.  Let me know what you think!.

 

Jicama Salad Jicama Salad!   Refreshing and low-cal!  Nice and crunchy with jicama and red cabbage, and refreshing flavors of lime, scallions, cracked pepper, and mint!  About 80 cals/serving.

Roasted Garlic Hummus Roasted Garlic Hummus  w/ Carrot Stix!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of healing roasted garlic blended in our famous hummus  Served with a stack of carrots, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy

Buffalo “Wing” Bowl/Wrap! We include spicy couscous, roasted pepper, red onion, celery, romaine and a touch of blue cheese!  No hot pepper sauce dippers unless you request!   Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!
      • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
      • Chicken Option!!  Add fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!
  Greek Salad Greek Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: tomato, cucumber, Feta cheese, red onion, bell pepper, and Tapenade (chopped olive), with our home-made Oregano vinaigrette.  (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!
Hand-crafted Protein Bars Natural Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available:   Cinnamon Raisin, Banana-Berry,  or Pumpkin Spice.

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon, walnuts n espresso make these treats special!
