Vegetarian Chili! A picture cannot do it justice… its about the aroma and blended flavors…many many flavors, some are even a secret.  But the result is a hint of sweet-then-spicy!  Ingredients include butternut squash, sweet potato, beans, diced tomatoes, onions, celery, cilantro, chipolte peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes.  And, its only 180 calories/serving with tons of fiber!

 

Roasted Cauliflower Bisque Roasted Cauliflower n Fennel Bisque! This smooth, soothing soup will not only warm your taste buds, it will cure your gastro ailments.  Fennel provides an excellent source of potassium, vitamin C, and fiber. In addition, herbalists refer to fennel as an intestinal antispasmodic that relieves intestinal spasms or cramps. This is a vegan, low-calorie, delicious meal!  About 190 cals per serving.

Healthy Turkey Soup!  Home-made turkey stock with yummy veggies, turkey tid-bits and broad noodles.  Much healthier than store/restaurant brands.  It will feel like home, I promise!  Our generous serving is about 200 calories.

Chicken Sausage n Bean Soup!    Very authentic to New Orleans; warm flavors of mild chilies, beans, hominy, kale, carrots, celery and the sweetness of more spices!  Yum at 240 calories.!
