Kale n Beans Soup Kale n Beans Soup!  This is a perfect balanced soup, that will fill your soul for breakfast as well as the other meals.  Deep balanced flavors of   kale, spinach, fire roasted tomatoes, white beans, and seasoned with fresh rosemary, thyme and just a bit of heat of Serrano chili.  All in about 180 cals/serving

 

Mexican Corn Chowder!  You know you want it.  The comfort of a potato/corn chowder with the warm hints  of jalepeno and cilantro .  This recipe was posted by Chef Shafer, so you know it will be tasty!  (soup contains dairy).  Yum at 240 calories.
Dilly Garbanzos Dilly Garbanzos!  So fresh and filling.  We start with coarse bulgar and garbanzos, then add fresh tomatoes, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper, lots of dill, and a balsamic dressing. About 200 cals/serving.

Bruschetta Breadless Bruschetta!  This doesn’t come around too often, so seize the moment.  Our fresh bruschetta is made with diced tomatoes in garlic, olive oil, basil, and capers!  Of course, we won’t tell if you spread it on a baguette with mozzarella cheese. No dippers (as shown in photo)… it needs nothing to devour!   Only about 80 calories/serving.

Carrot Ginger Bisque  Carrot n Ginger Bisque! Simple, smooth, and delicious! Carrots, cream, zippy ginger, and sweetened with caramelized onion. This includes dairy, but I promise to keep it light!  A great source of beta-carotene and better than ice cream!.  Only 125 calories per serving!.
