Carrot Ginger Bisque  Carrot n Ginger Bisque! Simple, smooth, and delicious! Carrots, cream, zippy ginger, and sweetened with caramelized onion. This includes dairy, but I promise to keep it light!  A great source of beta-carotene and better than ice cream!.  Only 125 calories per serving!.

 

Toasted Rice Soup Toasted Rice Soup!  Amazing taste with toasted rice, spinach, onions, lemon zest, and a hint of nutmeg in a vegetable broth.  I’ll include some Parmesan cheese  to make this a SOUPer delight!   (200 calories/serving, inc the cheese). Can request no cheese by Saturday!
Calico Veggies Calico Veggies!  This is a raw zucchini salad with black beans, corn, bell pepper, green onions and a little avocado.  All coated with a zippy limey dressing. Colorful and good for you! About 100 calories per serving due to the healthy fats in the avocado!.

Black Bean DipSpicy Black Bean Dip! A creamy healthy bean dip with red onion, tomato, garlic, cumin and chili peppers. It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy. Served with celery sticks.

Yummy Bowls/Wraps!  This week, try our tasty and healthy  Italiano Wrap!  All the flavor and mindful of the calories..we bring you a zesty meal. A sprinkle of dry salami, couscous, black olive, pepperccini, red onion, basil and romaine.   Can request No Salami if ordered by Saturday for next week. 

      • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
      • Chicken Option!!  Add fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!
Poppi Seed Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  zucchini, roasted beets, raisin, carrots, jicama, walnuts,  with a creamy  Poppy Seed dressing. (less than 280 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday). (photo may not represent the current salad menu)
Hand-crafted Protein Bars Natural Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available:   Peanut Toffee.

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon, walnuts n espresso make these treats special!
