Split Pea n Ham Soup  Split Pea w/ Ham Soup!

Another personal favorite of many!  We make it all from scratch with bits of carrots and smokey ham, just like Mom made it!  Did you know that split peas have the following health benefits, high fiber, lowers cholesterol, and high in potassium. About 200 cal/serving

 

Cabbage Soup Grandma’s Cabbage Soup!   You know this if you have ever treated yourself to cabbage soup when you’ve been sick, or on a cleanse.  It has souper powers!   Let us serve you with a veggie brothy soup with cabbage, tomato, celery, onion, garlic, and herbs.  Less than 90 calories per serving!
Thai Cucumbers Thai Cucumbers!  Sweet n spicey; it’s refreshing and will leave you wanting more!  Sliced cucumbers, red onion, mint, and cilantro, with a spicy dressing, Topped with toasted sesame seeds. Only about 60 cals/ serving!

Cilantro Pepper Hummus Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus!  Fresh green with cilantro, spicy with jalapeno and blended with lime, garlic, cumin, and chickpeas!  Served with a stack of celery; it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Burritos Mexi Burrito  Wrap/Bowl!  This week, try our tasty and healthy wraps or bowls! A spicy low-fat black beans with lots of flavor and our brown limey-cilantro rice, a bit of avocado, and romaine.  You even enjoy a dipper of salsa!   Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tastyT

Tasty Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  avocado, garbanzo beans, apple, celery, green onion,  sunflower seeds,  with a lemony vinaigrette dressing. (less than 280 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday). (photo may not represent the current salad menu)
Hand-crafted Protein Bars Natural Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available:   Lemon-Almond.

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon, walnuts n espresso make these treats special!
